Mantra's Symphony Grand Hotel

Pathetic & Third class hotel The rooms are like a slum in chowl & shapeless. I wish I could have an option of negetive rating. The owner is a big cheater I ve booked the room for my guest the guest have checked in by 10.30 am & after 12 they have been told that now onwards next day charges will be applied additionally .Nonsense rule which have applied without acknowledgement of guest. Abusing the guest. The man came ahead to kick o.ur car when we bargained for un expected full day charges for 90 minuites

Very bad room even bed was so dirty and bathroomNo service too, This should be a one star hotel. Flies cockroaches all are here.

Conveniently located near metro station otherwise room is small ... but service is all friendly ...everyone is nice and friendly

Spent 6 nights here and enjoyed it. The friendly staff made life very easy - being somewhat new to Mumbai, they walked me to find whatever I needed or wanted. I don't know the town but was pleased to find everything I needed, be it food, electronics, gifts, pharmacy items, passport photos, office supplies, ect. all close by. The airconditioning was great the hot water was hot, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was big enough for me. If there were two of us, I may have wanted a larger room. I didn't eat the breakfast there so I can't comment on that. And it is close to the metro.

Rooms are okay, they are very small and a little untidy. Service overall is good, just depends on who's at the front desk. Samruddhi is great at her job and knows how to treat the guests. The staff is good as well. It's a "kaam chalao" hotel

I booked this hotel for my aunt as she came from U.K, but the receptionist denied for visitors to come n meet n also he was very rude with us. Room was not clean at all dirty smell was coming from the room service was also not upto the mark. No hotels tells for vistors are not allowed. Poor poor services infact i dont wanna give a single star. Unfortunately i had checked out on the same day at midnight. They dont value guest. No greetings nothing they jst for the sake of money n they dont value the guests. I will suggest not to book this room unless n until they improve themselves

Booked through OYO app, the hotel manager simply refused to give me room at OYO price. Due to urgency I had to cancel the OYO booking and took the hotel at normal price as I was in no condition to look for another place with luggage and lack of time! Hotel has problem with OYO then why the f* harassment of the guest! Hotel is mediocre! Bed sheets weren't clean! Toilet was was ok ok! The warm water wasn't running, had to wait each time few minutes! Don't go! Pay more and get better places!
