Great experience the house is really kept well. Shivram the care taker/ cook makes amazing food. Every single cuisine was finger licking good. If you are looking for a family get together this is the right spot.

Overall, Very Good Experience. We booked service apartment for 4 days for the family marriage function. We enjoyed the stay and all rooms space are adequate and clean. Care taker Mr Shivram is very supportive and helpful. Customer service was excellent.

The stay was incredibly pleasant and peaceful. The rooms were hygenic and well-maintained, the service was good, and our host, Mr. Shivram Yadav, took great care of us and served delicious meals. Most recommended for family and friends.

Amazing experience. 11 of us stayed for 10 days as my sister was getting married in India. Shiv Ram made sure we had the most amazing stay and ensured we had whatever we needed at all times. He always smiled when helping us. His food tastes absolutely amazing - I discussed it with my family and feel the reason his food and tea tastes so good is because he makes everything from his heart! The tea was the best I've had! From the London Wale Phuls who drink a lot of chai :)

This was a brilliant stay that was made all the more pleasant with Mr Shivram the caretaker. Space: We came as a large family for a wedding, with 11 guests in total including 2 young children. The space was more than adequate, with each of the four bedrooms including an ensuite bathroom. Facilities were always clean and anything we requested was given very quickly. Food: We asked for MANY cups of tea and coffee and were always granted our many requests with a smile! The food was amazing no matter what dish was requested -- and we were encouraged to ask for any dishes we could think of and were always given the best tasting food. Location: it was a great location, with easy access to rickshaws that were usually parked at the top of the road. Considering the house is basically at the top of the road, it was very easy to get a rickshaw whenever needed. If we ever needed help with Ubers, Shivram would help us by directing the drivers to us or letting them know when we needed some extra time. It was also around 10-15 minutes away from malls like Moksh and markets to shop. Other points: we are very grateful to Shivram for many reasons, he made this stay feel like a stay with family. There were some late nights due to the wedding, but Shivram always opened the door for us. There are also universal plugs so we didn't even need to use our adapters. Great stay, I couldn't have asked for anything more!

This a is an excellent property having four bedrooms with attached baths for each. The whole house is in 3 levels with a lift facility inside the house which made it easy. Well maintained with necessary supplies of toiletries. The caretaker Ramesh did a superb job of taking care of us and our needs. He made coffee/tea whenever needed and cooked breakfast and dinner for us which were delicious. A great place in a residential locality in the midst of busy Mumbai. Will definitely recommend this place.

The service apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. A great experience overall!

It was a fantastic experience. The room was good with all the amenities working perfectly. However, the room was a bit damp & slightly smelly when I entered. But it was a minor inconvenience (maybe due to continuous rains, not sure though) The response and demeanour of the caretaker Mr. Shivram was fabulous. He ensured a comfortable stay and responded promptly to all my requests. Truly happy with the stay. Great Job !
