Disgusting & Horrifying Experience - Avoid This Hotel! Our stay here was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, poorly maintained, and completely different from what was shown online. But the worst part? We found both a rat and a cockroach inside! My partner panicked, screamed, and was extremely distressed. It was a terrifying experience. We immediately contacted OYO for help, but their customer service was useless--they did absolutely nothing to assist us. The lack of hygiene, pest infestation, and zero support made our stay unbearable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Recently, I was on business trip, and stayed at Hotel Dhiman Residency (Room No. 105) for 1 night, and paid 1450/- approx. But, didn't felt worth staying looking at the experience I got. Here, below is my feedback & rating based on my experience : Room Size - 1 Star : Room is very very small. Not recommended for people on business trip and not even for family. Room is okay if your need it for couple of hours for freshen up, and when you don't have any other option. Cleanliness - No Star : Didn't felt rooms are cleaned properly. Smelly room with dust/dirt/hair everywhere on the floor and even over bed. You will feel dirt & hair under your feet, the moment you enter the room. Room service - No Star : Smelly bed lining, smelly towels, smelly bathroom. No Hot water facility, due to Geyser not operational. I have to manage with Cold water even in the month of Dec. Food : No comment. In-room dinning facility was available with very limited options in the Menu, but was afraid of taking service, because of cleanliness they are maintaining. Locality - 1 Star : In terms of hotel location, didn't felt okay as per my need. But, Ola/Uber service is available.

The staff is polite and kind that's why I gave 2 star rating but the room is not good. There is continue smell of smoking and some bad odour. The flush was not working. Also, The room size was too small. Hotel's surrounding area is also not good.

The hotel is a typical chaddar badal hotel family please avoid going. The receptionist took 1600/- from me for one room and 950 from other coustomer which were actually young couple. Maybe the hotel must be working on such couples only.

Rooms are small but absolutely clean. Its a clean and tidy lodge. It has stairs. I liked tbe stay.

A hotel that provides a luxurious experience and high-end accommodations with 24/7 electricity backup, bestest room service and very comfortable and cleanest rooms. Have a forsure visit.
