They didn't provide full Menu. Pav Bhaji was missing. Now they are making excuses to refund for the unserved dish

Please don't fall for this trap. It's a dirty flat where u get ur room while others are sharing it in same apartment. Cleanliness is zero, no service, staff Is rude. Main door is opened 24*7 making it with zero security. They refused my refund despite of me not staying there. Customer care is useless too.

Chose this place for a long stay since I had to be in Bhayander for my medical treatment. Must say it's in a good location as got very decent public in the area which made me feel absolutely safe. Few experiences could have been better which were discused with management and eventually resolved. Would have appreciated complimentary meals for someone staying longer at the property. Food ordered was good but not great as could have been more fresh and also the menu provided did not have much options to order from. All in all it's definitely in my list if I need to stay in Bhayander in future and definitely recommend to others.

Poor bed cleaning. Pillows are dirty and dust. The towels are not cleaned properly and looking dirty , hanging wires and risk of safety and security issue since there is no camera inside the way to room. Waste of money. Reception staffs are too unmature and even not known how to give the response to the customers.

IT WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE... Service is pathetic, they knock door like anything, irritates at any time.. FIRST OF ALL IT IS JOT A HOTEL.. IT IS A 3/5 BHK APARTMENTS.. IN WHICH EACH BEDROOM IS ALLOCATED TO EACH GUEST... THERE'S NO BELL SO THEY KNOCK AND IRRITATE... BATHROOMS ARE SO BAD AND UNCLEAN, MOSQUITOES ARE THERE TO WELCOME YOU... THEY PROVIDE ONLY 1 WATER BOTTLE AT THE CHECKIN OF 2 GUESTS, FOR 3 NIGHTS STAY WE ONLY GOT ONE WATER BOTTLE COMPLEMENTARY, That's IT... REST WE HAVE TO PAY AND BUY... SAME BREAKFAST FOR TWO DAYS AND WHEN COMPLAINED, THEY PROVIDE DIFFERENT BREAKFAST WITH REDUCED QUANTITY ON THE THIRD DAY... PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, INSTEAD GO TO SOME OTHER HOTEL NOT THESE KIND OF APARTMENT HOTELS ...

The room wasn't hygiene bed sheet and pillow cover was dirty, washroom was not clean however I was promised that the rooms are properly hygiene. There were lots of mosquitoes due to which I even get proper sleep you guys should take proper action on it

We stayed at this property for one month and honestly speaking I have no major flaws to mention here again room service was top notch but the breakfast variety could have been better specially as I had been staying with a diabetic patient with over 20 years of illness history. They should have managed diabetic friendly breakfast with no potatoes and sugar and same repetitive south indian breakfast. I appreciate chirag ji, prasad ji and other hotel staffs who were always accommodative of my requests as much as possible as they could do. Overall it was a fruitful experience as my mother had undergone a successful cataract surgery in both her eyes. I'm looking forward to visit again.

Checked in on 24th February with a senior citizen as co traveller and was given 1 bottle of water as against the 2 as per the norms of any hotel having two guests in one room. The shower pipe was leaking, the wash basin was leaking, the fan did not have a regulator, the room had mosquitos, the window mesh was torn. The mosquito repellent in the room was over. On day one I told them that the switch for the hot water was sparking. Had to take a shower in cold water. Late evening they got someone to come and check. That guy fused off the entire plug. Was asked to use the common washroom for a bath, which hotel tells you with a senior citizen lady to use the common washroom? Is this the way guests are treated especially senior citizen (lady). They came to repair it the next day evening without prior intimation. We had to stop everything only to know this would take a couple of hours. Since we had a program to attend we told them to stop the work as we needed to leave. Long story short never got to use hot water for a bath at all for the senior citizen, she took a bath in cold water. Can't expect her to leave the room and go to the common washroom for a bath. I used the common washroom for the bath and felt very disgusted cause the place was dirty, had to clean the washroom before taking a bath. The balcony has ice cream cups just thrown. There was no dust bin in the room. The place is a nice and well positioned but the place is not maintained and cross checked before giving it to the guests. I consider this stay as a waste of money cause basic things like hot water and other amenities were not available. Wifi which was free was not given. Had to ask for water bottles, hence when our bought the bottles myself. Why does one play for a good hotel, not to have issues like these. The booking was made through the Fab Hotel App. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, this was my worst experience with Fab Hotel.
