Edina Beach House

Waking up to the sea views was pure bliss.!!! We had an absolutely incredible stay! The property exceeded our expectations - it was immaculately clean, the food was delicious, and the pool was sparkling clean. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the stunning beach-facing villa! The staff deserves a special mention - they were super helpful, friendly, and provided great service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip truly amazing! We can't wait to come back!"

The location and property is good but the service lacks in providing the food. We were 25 people and the food provided initially was only for sufficient for 10. They serve in less quantity and when you ask for more, the manager ask in return that how it was not sufficient. Manager was arrogant and won't listen to you. The jacozi and rain shower was not working despite paying full payment and manager gave lame excuses. Foul smell was coming outside the 2 bhk room.

Pool was very small and pool water was very salty. The place was not at all clean and maintained. Rooms were not that great at all. Lights were not working at all. Food was decent. Images shared on instagram/ google maps are very misleading. Won't recommend this place to anybody

Pros: - The view from this private house is excellent. Cons: - The swimming pool is very small. - As mentioned in other reviews, the swimming pool has salted water and appears to have not been used in the last few days. - Half of the lights in the outdoor area were not working, and some connections in the pool were left open. When we complained to the caretaker, he responded with, "Hum kya kar sakte hai koi itna aata nahi hai," and later he removed the connection from the pool. - There was no arrangement for a music system or DJ for the group. - There were no indoor or outdoor games arranged. - There was no space to play outdoor games. - The caretaker maintaining the property showed no interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. - The dormitory room's AC has a leakage problem. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It ruined our corporate plan, so I would advise others not to visit. There are better options nearby.

Lights were not adequate, asked to care taker he said the lights aren't fixed. Dormatry AC had leakage problem. Swimming pool had saline water in it. Food is average. Only good thing about it is the place where it is situated.

Didn't enjoy the stay. As mentioned by other people the water is hard and salty. Not much cleanliness. There is constant bad smell in the place. Food is below average and bad. Will really not recommend this place. Had a very bad experience in everything.

Quiet place next to the beach, good ambience and good food to enjoy.

The property is not maintained nicely we have been there last week with our office staff. Issues - 1.they don't provide water in the villa and also don't keep backup water. 2. Basic hygiene means keeping liquid soap & sanitiser for getting fresh is not kept. 3. No cleanliness observed. 4. There is no arrangement for fan or table fan in lawn area making it suffocating. 5. Food is just for sake. They try to reassemble and again serve the food In evening with different name ****please don't go by seeing photos, reality is worst ****
