HOTEL KRYSTAL

This hotel was superb. After a long flight and drive up from Pune, it was a relief to relax at this hotel. The staff are polite, welcoming and eager to help. They have all the amenities except a mini fridge and a safe. There's a vegetarian restaurant in the same building as well as a Domino's nearby so you can easily get your meals.

3 star lodging, Centralized AC , Clean and hygienic rooms in miraj and sangli.

Owners vision and efforts are truly remarkable. Rooms are best in vicinity BUT extremely incompetent staff. To start: Watchman and ground floor restaurant scolds, argues, stares raises voices over parking. Watchman expects us to park on road, and come back to park inside at 10pm even when basement was available, with hateful stares. Twice, from arrival to returning from dinner. Basic facilities like toilet paper, TV service was unavailable/non functional. When asked for kettle, in room tea/coffee the answer we got was this was not available for your room category. The expectations crashed as we had elderly with us. No room category was shown online, how will we get to choose? As a business owner I feel for the owner, specially what a negative review does. But this is to get your attention to the matter , and help improve the service match what you have beautifully built. (We came here inspite of better options within the city with hopes, but our experience was turned sour unfortunately)

Hotel is very neat and clean staff is very helpful. Food is very higenic and quality is very good. Overall very nice experience. Only one suggestion to hotel management to arrange exhaust fan in washroom.

Good option of hotel on Sangli Miraj road. Rooms are neat and clean and they offers quick services on urgent basis With this veg restaurant is also available food is very tasty and quality and quantity both are good Rates are also cheap as compared to other near by hotel Parking option available in front of hotel and basement as well
