I recently visited this farmhouse, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's why: Cleanliness: The farmhouse was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. It didn't meet basic hygiene standards. Facilities: There was no service provided, no kitchen available for guests, and absolutely no proper amenities. Environment: The swimming pool was filthy and unusable, which was a major disappointment. Value for Money: Overall, the farmhouse was not worth the visit. It lacked the comfort and basic facilities that one would expect. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Its almost 20 year old property. Dont go by photos and videos on internet. Those are very old. It's extremely unsafe and stinky place. Main door itself is broken, so you cannot even put your bags in room. Swimming pool water is very stinky and has lots of dead insects. We observed bed bugs and dead birds in balcony. Ceiling is broken. No water in kitchen taps. No refrigerator. Totally dependent on disel generator for electricity. Once disel is exhausted, you stay without electricity for rest of your stay. Summary is dont go there even if you are offered a free stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The peaceful surroundings, with lush greenery and the sound of birds, were perfect for relaxing. The kids enjoyed the Swimming pool. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the city, yet it felt like a world away. Disgusting place there as v enter the villa it was stinking , floors were not clean , cigarette buds were all around villa, pool was very dirty , bedrooms and bathrooms very unexpectedly smelling bad bed sheets were unclean , after informing owner he said he'll send caretaker and he switched off his phone I had called him the day before booking for clean pool . Birthday was spoilt. Very very unhygienic

Kindly do not trust the photos of this villa. Pathetic experience ever. Villa felt like it was closed since months. swimming pool was stinking. Toilets in their worst condition. All rooms had lizards, cockroaches and bats. No inhouse facilities like hand wash, drinking water. If you ask for plates, the give you unhygienic dishes. Irresponsible caretakers and owner. They told us you don't always get villa as shown in picture, its not our fault. we will clean pool by morning. overall vibe is disgusting. I suggest don't waste your money, look for other options. Don't even dare to come with children and ladies. It will be the most uncomfortable for them for sure. We reached this villa at 9 p.m. and after that we experienced all this. Fortunately we found a hotel in city centre and stayed there.

I have only seen the property and it's beautiful. Worth having a birthday bash or any party with close friends. But yes, what I feel is that it's better to take water and food with you as there's nothing nearby.

One of the worst experiences Unprofessional owner, not responding to the calls after booking. No cleanliness, ugly washroom, there were cockroaches in the house. Neither the A/C was working nor the water was clean in the pool. Had to thank the staff n local guy who took effort to do the basic arrangements. Else it's just a waste of time and money. Don't even dare to come with children and ladies. It will be the most uncomfortable for them for sure. We didn't even stay in this villa after experiencing all this under 30 min.
