Fulgulab Lawns and Homestays

Excellent location, fabulous view and very good service. It was just an impromptu decision of a night stay which led us to booking it. And even though the rooms are basic and humble the service, the location and view from the lawn won't disappoint you. Our 5 year old son enjoyed playing in the garden and saw milking of the buffaloes. Our parents loved the breakfast and the quiet.

Stayed here for 2 nights and decided to cancel my other hotel and come back here for another 2 nights. It's a very peaceful, quiet and relaxing guesthouse. It is clean and well managed. The hospitality of the owners is exemplary. I recommend everyone to stay at the Fulgulab Lawns and enjoy that warm and friendly hospitality.

They have maintained it very well. I loved the open garden seating arrangement. They have big projector screen which you can enjoy while seating in garden. Rooms are quite good. It's good.

[19-JAN-25] We went to this place by our car driving 160 km. We ourselves open the main gate. We noticed that this property is specifcally meant for Marriage and related functions. Marriage gusts rooms are provided for stay. After driving so long , even no tea was available , when we reached. For tea and food we have to drive again for 3 km. Hence no hospitailty observed and term "HOME STAY" indciated here is totally misleading. Place is remote and not recommended. We are totally disappointed.

Very nice place for family, friends picnic n get together or any celebration . Very spacious lawn n clean n tidy rooms, Management is excellent. Very Closely to Shivneri fort, Lenyadri n Manikdoh dam. Good spot for trekking lovers

If you are a tourist, ideally you would like to stay in a place where all the facilities are available within your vicinity. This property is in a very awkward location, off the road and within a farm field. You'll initially find it difficult to navigate the place, as Google will sometimes fail to show the exact location. Ironically, in the property description, the location is mentioned as Khanapur; however, how to reach there or the nearby landmark is not mentioned. If you are coming from the Junnar bus stand, you need to move towards Narayangaon, and after approximately 7 km, you need to take a right turn and travel 2.5 km more. It's located opposite Ambika Marble Shop or Swaraj Restaurant. I stayed in a deluxe room, but there's nothing deluxe about it. Though the property is located at the foothills of Sahyadri Mountain, and the hilltop is visible from the property premises, you will confine yourself to a room with only one front-facing window that you can't open due to privacy reasons. There's no cupboard or drawer, and you need to keep your valuables on the chair. Moreover, not a single towel or toiletry is provided. You'll get one liter of mineral water, but if that finishes, you won't know where to source more water. There's a caretaker, but you don't know how to call him for room service as no intercom number or bell is shared. I didn't find a geyser or shower installed in the toilet. Even a small wastebin in the room is missing. At this price, one can avail of a standard room in a hotel at a much more convenient location and enjoy their stay. To have your lunch or dinner, you need to travel at least 2.5 km to find a standard restaurant. I regret booking this property. BTW all the good reviews you are reading on Google are fake.
