Rooms were not cleaned. Housekeeping staff not up to the mark. Food in susheel dining was good . However giving less stars because of cleanliness. Bedsheets, pillow covers should be changed, room was looking like someone already used.

Veg options and veg thali is the best here, came here for fast charging, best hotel on the way to goa. Rooms are clean and affordable. Food and breakfast is awesome.

We had a butter chicken and it had bones in it. I complained about it and they where arguing butter chicken always has bones you need to tell that you want boneless Stupid chef and staff Probably worst food I have ever had masala was tasting so synthetic Go to saaj if you want authentic food

It was a horrible experience. Right from the moment we entered the premises we saw a country liquor joint owned by the same hotel and right in the middle. At the reception they were quite lost, looking at our booking printout without comment as if they had no idea what to do. When we asked if all ok, they finally gave us the rooms. Then we confirmed about our breakfast being included and again they were lost. Some senior chap came and said, "oh! Just give them poha and two bananas each" as if finding some way to compromise. Can't we have our choice? No! Only what we pre-order and that too only 2 items, one of which is banana. The rooms were very plain and unmaintained. The bedsheets were unwashed and literally SMELLING of sweat! No AC and fan had only two settings, off or full speed making a loud noise But the best is yet to come. At 9:00 pm the noise from the desi daaru (country liquor) joint owned by the hotel itself on the floor below became worse. There was fighting, abusing and constant threats of violence. We could see what was happening just below our windows. We looked our doors and bolted them and just when we thought all was well another dirty fight started at 10pm I am so shocked that #MMT #Makemytrip can even list such a place on their website We paid 3300 per room non-AC but just 200 meters down the road, Surya International had great ambience and AC rooms at 1700 only We know because we went there for dinner and then checked out the hotel
