Only reason for you to stay in this hotel will be there are no better options available. Rooms and food are okay. However, service is very bad. The reception staff is very unprofessional. Went for bill at 9:50 am and they could produce the bill only after one hour. Focus of management is more on events, weddings than room guests.

The rooms are not only clean but also very affordable. The food, albeit exclusively vegetarian, is exceptionally tasty, and the prices are quite reasonable. The ambiance is truly awesome, offering a spacious and pleasant atmosphere. Also included are the gym and swimming pool. I sincerely hope that the hotel continues to uphold this high standard of quality and service.

I have been travelling through Buldhana for quite a while now. Been to this residency club and enjoyed its stay a lot of times. Unfortunately, this time the conditions of the room was horrible. There were flies attracting on the bedsheets, I had to get the sheets changed to get rid of them! Then the water heater was not washed at all! Some moron had added sugar and tea directly into the flask which was never washed later on! And there was fungus all over the insides of the flask! When requested to replace them, the reception offered to wash them and we agreed, although, after calling several times they never sent housekeeping. So on hygiene part I'd give this hotel 1 star!

The overall rooms and location of the hotel is good but I'm not happy with the service provided. I would like to rate food as average.
