Hotel Reyansh Grand

A nice hotel with good staff and rooms. But one thing that I didn't liked is that the service was very slow. Cause I ordered coffee and spoons on 3:00 afternoon but it came at 4:15 afternoon. No one takes this much time toake a coffee. But afterall we enjoyed here very much. The staff and the location is very nice. I recommend you that if you come boisar, you should stay here.

Good restaurant what we visited good decent taste of food. Well mannered staff with good hospitality. With a suggestion to update the seating chairs quality as they are worn out on appearance. A slight rate factor if possible shall be worked out in restoration. Over a good experience.

Good food taste but the service is very delayed.

Experience was not good at all .. chicken was uncooked and bad food taste. Food service was delayed. Unhappy with this kind of service. And manager was not approachable.

Use of Soybean Oil: Certain Chinese dishes are cooked in soybean oil, which significantly compromises the taste and quality. This is unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a business-friendly establishment. 2. Disappointing "Chef's Specials": The so-called "chef's special" items are far from special. They lack the expected flavor and quality, making them a huge letdown. 3. Poorly Made Beverages: The Bacardi Mojito I ordered was a complete disaster--missing even the basic ingredient of sugar. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism in the preparation of food and beverages. While the ambience and service are noteworthy, the kitchen desperately needs improvement. For a business hotel, food quality should be a priority, and sadly, this aspect falls far short of expectations.

Today very very bad service manager restaurant of reyansh grand boisar my family is not satisfied

Rooms are dirty and moldy, completely worn out with a very bad smell all the time. Their restaurant never serves food. Dirty and smelly bedsheets. Rooms full of dampness.
