Feels homely.The owner, Sandip Mali himself looks into each and every details of the guest, so that they are not inconvenienced in any way. The badminton court, swings,carrot board and evening bonfire is fun for the kids and adults. Nice breakfast provided on request. Rooms are neat and clean. More than 150 plants exist in the cottage compound area. Nice place to relax and rejuvenate. My fifth vist in 7/8 years.

A wonderful place with comfortable rooms, ample parking, and just a 3-5 minute walk to Versoli Beach. The owner is friendly and deeply passionate about tree plantation, having planted nearly 200 different types of trees. Enjoy your stay amidst a serene and refreshing atmosphere!

Very Nice place with lots of trees. Around 150 plus different trees. Cottage Owner is very good person. Must stay here when you visit Alibag for picnic.

Host: A very humble host who has a smile on his face and willingness to help Property: feels like a botanical garden. So many variety of plants. Bonfire was set up in the night. Beach is 5-7 minutes walking. Food: we ordered from samadhan hotel. Menu was available at the venue. Rooms: stayed in room 5, beds were cozy, it had a balcony. The best in this cost.

Great behaviour of the owner , their sons and other staffs . Visited this on 31st December, we were surprised with the new year celebration. The cottage is amidst variety of trees, with a playground for badminton , carrom . Great place to visit with the family , a 5 min walk from Varsoli beach . Best thing u will like is the hospitality of the owner . Enjoyed

Owner is very kind and accomodating. He'll ensure to make your experience memorable. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good place for family stay and is surrounded by lush green trees also beach is on walking distance.

Room Rent was bit high according to Service offered. They should take 1200Rs and not 1800Rs or 2000Rs as per room condition. Room was not properly maintained, it was smelling bad. Toilet was clean. Ambience was nice and pleasant. They have lot of trees and greenary. If they maintain the room well then it will be a nice place to stay and enjoy in group.

Samartha Cottage hosts a vast range of plantation. It is a beautiful place with lots of exotic plants for eg. cacao, passion fruit, rambutan, mulberry etc. It has a warm, homely feel. Activities include badminton, carrom and bonfire on request. Varsoli Beach is at a walkable distance. We went there for sunrise, sunset, water sport activities and also at midnight to light a sky lantern. The host is a very sweet person. The rooms do need a little upgrade infrastructure wise. We weren't in the room for much time so it didn't bother us much.
