We recently stayed at this stunning newly built villa, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property is in excellent condition beautifully designed, and meticulously maintained--everything felt fresh, clean, and well-organized. The helper was incredibly attentive and helpful, making our stay even more comfortable. From keeping the villa spotless to assisting with any requests, their service was truly outstanding.

One of the best places to stay when in Alibaug. Spacious and clean rooms with good amenities. The property is very well maintained with good interiors. The caretaker was super helpful and kind. Enjoyed our stay at RFC

Policies should always be aligned with flexible benefits, not to be used for harassment or to take undue advantage. As I read the comments below regarding your request refund or to reschedule your stay, I noticed that despite your many attempts to explain the situation, the property owner's response was not only unhelpful but also quite dismissive. It felt as though the owner did not take your concerns seriously, which left me feeling compelled to support your review.

we had booked a villa through airbnb.two of our frnd got unwell.we requested them to change dates for next month or deduct some amount as we had paid 10k. In this health condition, we had to keep messaging and calling them back to back, but nothing was considered.i am also among those who have written the reviews above. We once made a booking on Agoda, which was also non-refundable. When we reached the place, we saw that it was not in good condition. But Agoda supported us and refunded the amount so that we could make another booking for any date
