Alibagkar Cottage

The place is very clean, and the ambiance is great for a short stay with friends or family, especially with the beach nearby. The host was humble and accommodating. However, I would have rated it 5 stars if the lighting was better. At night, there are very few lights, which makes it feel isolated, and it could be unsettling for kids. We had the option of a bonfire, but still, better lighting would be appreciated. The food was tasty and had a homely touch, but considering the price, the portions were a bit insufficient. The cost of lunch and dinner seemed high for a homestay. Additionally, the requirement to pre-order meals well in advance (6-7 hours prior) felt a bit restrictive, especially when it comes to deciding on dinner at breakfast time. Last-minute orders aren't entertained, which can be inconvenient.

It's a great place to chill for 2 to 3days. The cottage is peaceful and near to Varsoli beach.The rooms are neat and clean.Great homemade food available. The owner is polite and helpful.

First of all the location is great it's near Varsoli beach which I liked more than Alibag beach. The owner is very polite and decent. As it was weekend and our family was only the vegetarian out there he specially prepared dinner for us on 11th hour which was great in taste( I recommend to inform the owner before hand about your food preferences). The rooms are spacious and clean. Service was good and quick. Next day we had breakfast which was also good before checking out the cottage. Overall it was worth of the price and pleasant experience.

Simple, not very jazzy but very homely and comfortable rooms; very good greenery and just 10 minutes walk to a very pristine beach; non veg food typically fried fish , mutton and fish curry supreme; excellent service

Alibagkar cottage is one of my fav place to hangout with frnds for nytout and doing parties. Such a beautiful place with natural beauty & peace. Varsoli beach is on walkable distance from this cottage just takes 2-3 mins to reach on the beach and njoy the sports rides... Should go on holidays or weekends and relax from your day to day activities.

A perfect place for relaxation. Fresh Air. Good rooms. Good atmosphere. Luved the barbeque. Beach nearly10 min walking. The caretaker was good , advisable and provided everything what needed. Highly recommended.

Best place to rent during the stay. Nice food, affordable rates and best surroundings. The beach is at a distance of 5 minutes. totally worth staying.

Away from the chaos, in the lap of nature, its an awesome experience to spend some time over here.this place should be considered for its direct access to the varsoli beach which is 10 minutes walking distance.perfect for families.Fresh seasonal Sea food available at reasonable price.
