La Selva Resort, Pench

This resort is just amazing. Everything was super excellent. Place, stay, food, hospitality, ambience all Especially Ms. Mansi who did all our bookings & helped to arrange for our travel. She also helped for safaris. She made sure our stay was great at the resort. Overall a fantastic experience.

Stayed at La Selva Resort with friends on 10-11 May 2025. While the property looks promising, the experience was quite frustrating. Our superior chalet had a non-functional AC in the upper room, making it nearly impossible to sleep in the heat. There's no mobile network and the WiFi didn't work either. No intercom system meant zero communication with staff. A major safety concern: two of my friends got injured when a weak wooden plank near the pool gave way. Also, one of the chairs outside our room collapsed under normal use. Needs serious improvement in maintenance and guest support.

Our group stayed for two nights and faced several problems. First, the AC in the upper room of our chalet was completely non-functional. Given the heat in May, this was a huge discomfort. There's no mobile network, no working WiFi, and worst of all, no intercoms to reach the staff. Safety is a major concern here--two friends fell near the pool because a wooden platform snapped. One of the outside chairs also broke under normal use. The resort looks nice from the outside but lacks both safety and basic amenities.

Our stay at La Selva, Pench Jungle, was amazing. The property was clean, and the staff was humble and welcoming. The morning pottery session was a unique and delightful experience. However, the food needs significant improvement to match the resort's overall quality. While everything else was exceptional, better food could have made it a truly great experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and we hope you upgrade in the dining next time.

Excellent service and a very soothing experience. Our time at La Selva was unforgettable. It is also pet-friendly which makes it a perfect weekend getaway destination with your paw friends.

My family and me had a stay last weekend it was amazing experience between lush green forest, Best property at pench. Thank you for making my trip memorable. Mr Vikas was our goto person for anything required throughout 2 days. Highly recommended

The property is extremely beautiful and breathtaking. Food was very tasty. Service is excellent and the staff is also cooperative. One of their team members Mansi, helped us book the resort effortlessly and maintained great coordination throughout the trip. Their breakfast menu variety was actually a shoutout meal but others were preety good too.
