Infinity Resorts Bandhavgarh

Have visited Bandhavgarh 20 this was my worst experience. Food was below than average. AC was not working at all. We booked the rooms for swimming pool but was closed on 2nd day of our stay without any information. Over priced resort. Service and hospitality was pathetic. Not recommended at any cost.

Very poor service, we were a group of 7 friends and the only guests at the Resort but after our check in they closed the swimming pool.|Food was very unhygienic and what we ordered was always unavailable. They could not provide even Ice Cream . Stale foods were used .

Travelled on 18th , 19th April 2025 , Very poor service, we were 7 people and booked 3 rooms , Hospitality was very poor , swimming pool was closed after our check in we were the only guests in the resort at that time. Food was poor.

Great hotel and location. Good rooms in the middle of greenery. There is a pool, though a bit on smaller side. The food taste was a bit bland and the selection was limited given the prices charged. Would suggest to have food outside. Overall good experience!

Excellent service with familiar environment must visit *infinity resort at bandhavgarh awesome nature view with real nature experience...and Mr purnendra sir of resort is very much good coperative and best person in that resort for all the good experience in resort as well as in guide us for best safari in bandhavgarh...

Beautiful property. The rooms are super huge. Service is outstanding .. it's at your door every time you can expect. Food they prepare as you asked them to prepare individually. Makardhwaj was in service in the restaurant and he is working as a guide as well. He is such a nice person to help you throughout your stay. Food is great and tasty served hot on your plate. Feedback about the room we stayed in: Room no 121 - you need to fix the AC ASAP since the water drops inside the room and that splits on your face while you sleep in bed. AC doesn't switch off using remote or switch. The plug point beside the mirror is broken. You need to fix that as well. Overall the stay was comfortable and good. Will visit again.

Location is superb. Thrilling ambience and superb hospitality. One can choose this option without any hesitation. Quality and quantity of served food is excellent. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained.
