Radhika Vilas - A Heritage Resort

Staff are like goons they misbehaves to customer. Like an incident causes trouble yesterday , there was an anniversary party with guest list was about 150 and they charge 500rs per plate. They didn't cook food properly and when the customer complaints about the quantity, they didn't only misbehave also they try to hostile. Is it a joke for hotel line.

The overall experience was awful. I stayed there for two nights for an official visit. The front desk staff was very polite, rooms were quite clean but the restaurant staff was TERRIBLE. They didn't even have an etiquette to serve the food and didn't even listen to the guests. The food quality was terrible too...The staff of the restaurant gave a tough time in the resort. Rats are doing jumping jacks on the serving table. Pigeons in the dining area.

The property is very beautiful and aesthetic. However, the service standard at the property is pretty average. The staff at the property is very lazy and not interested in service. One old bauji(uncle), kapil ji and staff at restaurant are good and responsive.

First of all the property is amazing and wonderful, so beautiful. But rooms are a bit not clean. Also the service is worse, the people are nice but the way they handle things is just ridiculous. They charge me for my accommodation which inpaid through online without even looking at booking. The electrician guy come inside room without even knocking the door... they could manage it better, and never swim in the pool, it's just disgusting. They allow everyone to swim from outside literally, i saw people spitting in pool. The place is amazing but the neatness and management is not upto the mark.
