Hotel Royal Palace

We stopped here for a night stay. The place is better big and gives a resort feeling. There were quite open areas to walk and move around along with lawns. It's price friendly. There were not many options in breakfast and also it was served late like pass 8am.

Hospitality Level.of the hotel Staff was remarkable. Paid very nominal for our 01 night Business visit but got high end service. Room was great and so do the food quality. Will definitely consider to visit again.

We recently visited hotel Royal palace at Sagar and had a superb experience. Starting from the look and feel of the hotel , the decor , room cleanliness , quality of food and hospitality everything was top notch . ||Staffs were too good . ||I would like to mention specially Mr Upendra Rajput , the manager of the hotel , Mr Nandkishore front office executive, Darshan , Shivani and Nilam who assisted my wife with utmost care and compassion when she was anxious on not reaching me over phone while I was travelling . It indicates the level of compassion and professionalism that they have towards their guests . Thank you all . ||The nice experiences we have about this hotel will stay in our memory for quite a long time .

Excellent Most thing is that.the hospitility was so impresssive. I am so impressed Entire arrangements and management was Ultimate along with house keeping and Food n meal.

WORST HOTEL Pathetic and arrogant staff don't have manners how to behave with guest and no curtesy at all towards the guest. We were on the way to the Sagar we called up the hotel for room reservation the girl Neelam answer the call told us tarrif which is 2k per room CP plan I said book 3 rooms I'm reaching the hotel by 11pm. We reached at hotel and done with check in formalities. While doing the payment the reception guy told us the per room it's 3300 that was shocker I said no Neelam have quoted me some other tariff. He did not listen at n said this is the tariff we cant go beyond that i said you confirm with that girl that also he was not ready and he was very arrogant I was with family travelled from prayagraj non stop to sagar. He did even show the sympathy at least sit down i will look into it nothing at all. Not a single glass of water also offered to us. He was like this the tariff if you wish to say or else you can see other option. DO NOT GO to this hotel this resort don't want a business and don't how to treat their staff. Owner should give training to their staff on mannerism or else be ready to loose ur business. Atithi Dev Bhav !!! Plz remember this

Staff showed excellent improvement in service and behaviour . Specially ashu rajak attended us very well . Food taste was very good , as per our expectations .|Ambience and hygiene of restaurant at top notch. staff was taking feedback at every level of their service.

Had an amazing experience at Royal Palace, Sagar! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was equally impressive--delicious and well-prepared. A perfect place for a great dining experience. Highly recommended
