We had a lovely experience at Deo Bagh. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. All the rooms have a balcony and face the garden area, perfect for that morning cup of tea/coffee. If you are a bird watcher, the property is a perfect choice. You will be woken up by the various bird calls in the morning. Take a Leisure walk around the garden, and witness the peacocks, squirrels etc freely roaming around. The rooms are newly constructed. However, the property is inside a heritage site wich houses a 17th century temple and cenotaphs. ||The staff and service is A-class. The breakfast includes a spread of both Indian and western cuisine. Though, the choices in the ala-carte menu could be increased, the food is delicious.

So a very dishonest hotel I'm afraid and that is a basic entry level: to be honest with your guests or in this case one who canceled his booking through booking.com and received the confirmation that I would get a full refund as it was done in due time in the correct way. And then found the hotel simply refused to either make the refund or even answer any emails until booking.com had to force them to finally make a refund. And then not even an apology.||I've travelled all around the world and used booking.com a great deal and other hotels and this is the first time I've ever had an example of such egregious dishonest behavior from any hotel. Particularly as it's easy to miss refunds that are supposed to be made in this way and should just happen automatically and perhaps the hotel relies on this. avoid at all costs.. as those might be considerable!||There are plenty of other alternatives in Gwalior area which are meant to be better anyway.

The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful. There are several old temples onsite and lots of local animals. The staff were very helpful...We had a mixup with the online portal requests but the staff was quick to resolve. The afternoon tea in the garden a nice way to wind down the day.

Wonderful experience.. my child is studying in Scindia so everytime we have a night out with him we have to stay in Gwalior.. I have stayed in various hotels in Gwalior but Neemrana Deo Bagh was a totally different experience.. quite.. peaceful with amazing hospitality and wonderful food.. we had lunch, high tea, dinner, breakfast every meal was delicious.. breakfast buffet was small but tasty.. high tea sandwiches and matar samosas with tea were amazing.. play area for family was small but nicely done... they also provided badmintons to play in evening...for next time also would love book the same property away from hustle bustle of the city.. u feel like u r away from the city and still in the city...||We got room on the first floor.. big room.. balcony all around the room with netted doors...felt so royal.. waking to the sound of peacock and birds in morning.. whole terrace to ourselves.. place for a perfect holiday.. though room flooring and bathroom could be upgraded a bit.. otherwise a perfect place..

This was the best hotel we had. The staff is extremely friendly. The food is excellent. The service is outstanding!|It is a marvellous place with beautiful temples in the garden. In the neighbourhood there is the amazing fort with only few visitors.

Beautiful hotel. A very comfortable clean place. The food was excellent and the staff was very efficient and polite and very eager to please. The lawns are lovely and really enjoyed sitting out and having the high tea there. All modern amenities were available in the rooms.

Beautiful property, well maintained, excellent service! We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely olace to relax, sit on the lawn sipping chai, looking at the peacocks or explore the property and also a good location to explore Gwalior and around .
