I have been staying at this property since 2007 and I remember today is my 5th ever stay with the hotel, last time i stayed here in Jan 2023 it was fine till then, this time I'm having the worst ever experience with my stay, I'm paying Rs.3600 for a deluxe room for two that's literally so bad and hasn't been maintained since eternity, bathrooms have a very foul smell, AC is in poor condition that's barely working, Receptionist behaviour not so fine, water outflow in the wash basin is so slow that you can barely wash your hands. Also my driver stayed in the dormitory and we paid 400 for a bed and the bathroom was very smelly and the flush wasn't working. Also mosquitoes are a big issue here. In short this place was fine a few years ago but now it's literally so unworthy of the money we spend here. This is my last ever stay here. Worst MPT hotel in all the MP.

Government property with few renovated rooms that are spacious and some have clear views of maa sharda temple so you will feel so elated every minute to have a glimpse of temple, lights and everything. Restaurant is decent nice tasty food. Don't expect too much. Ample parking space. Manager was very helpful and guided us the correct time to visit Temple. We attended afternoon aarti.

Rooms need complete renovation. Window provides glimpse of a naala and washroom exhaust fills that smell. Washroom looked worse than public washrooms; Fully overrated Only positive point is location as it is located near to temple cliff starting.

This MPT hotel is right at the base of Maihar Devi temple, ropeway entry and stairs are hardly 5-10 mins away by walk, but road to this place is very bad, administration is very bad, cleanliness is very bad. Even Hotel is managed very poorly, no cleanliness at all. One should always be very careful with places near by pilgrimages as that creates a different impact and popularity.

Location is perfect,just 2 minutes walking distance from ropeway entry point. Also the rooms are very much spacious. I liked the property very much

I had stayed in the hotel on 19-04-25, its completely waste of money don't ever book. Staff is not responding, rooms are stinky, toilets are uncleaned and very bad smells, refrigerators not working. Very horrible experience.

We reached there in the evening time around 6 pm. So hotel was our main concern. But we saw this hotel only with plenty of parking space while others didn't have parking space. Room was lil bit expensive we were 3 adults and they gave us extra mattress including quilt and pillow. They charged 2800 for 12 hrs nly..or a nyt. Rooms were average as it is government owned. Old furniture old doors and washroom taps. But hot water, room heater, AC everything was there. Service was good. Breakfast was included in the price. But we had to leave early in the morning so we couldn't take this facility. Main feature is that it is almost 300 or 400 mt away from the main temple or ropeway place. Overall beautiful temple and this location we found perfect.

It was a very late booking but we got the rooms. Our room [109] was in a horrible state. There were cobwebs every where. I had to kill 2 insects, including a sting bee. Condensed water from AC was dripping on the floor. Fan was making lot of noise. The furniture was old/broken/under repairs. Geyser in the bathroom was strapped with adhesive tape. Water from shower was accumulating around toilet seat. Toilet seat was placed in a niche with hardly any space around it. One had to sit perpendicular on it! Food was below average with hardly any spread for the breakfast. Only thing, they gave us a late check out.
