Bugs, dirty uncleaned rooms, horrible service, dirtiest pillows ever, ac doesn't work, then they killed power also completely and in that heat I had to vacate as they also hurled abusive and threatful slurs at me. I was motorcycling to Leh from Bangalore and I made a mistake booking this place. All reviews prior to this are self posted and fake. Nobody goes to this dirty hotel. Please keep away from This oyo managed place. I had to leave from here without getting my money refunded. Worst place ever. Please avoid. Especially if you're with family.

Don't Go!! Don't Stay!! Worst Hotel which I ever stayed. From outside we feel it will be a very nice hotel. But the time you enter the hotel you will feel the reality. 1. Rooms are big, but no TV. Washrooms are not cleaned properly. 2. Food is OK. I will give 2.5 Star 3. Management and service peoples are kind people, but don't know what are they running. 4. When power goes, there will be UPS supply, but there will be no power at the plug points. If you still want to stay then you can go. Thumbs down..

Very good location this property........ Clear room and hotel staff very good behaviour....... property in restaurant all food quality is very good ........... property in the open garden projects system and enjoy evening snacks. .....

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and kind they will help you whatever you want and I see so many bad reviews but they were very old now if I give you the honest review it is a very great place for wedding ceremony and for family and friends saty . They provide a good amount of food with the great taste and very instant availablity of food.

Hotel and rooms are good but hotel staff are too lazy. If you order something they will take extra 30 min fir the order. And there behavior is not too good.

The resort was perfect, the ambience was great and the staff was one of the best and very humble. Will recommend it to everyone to stay if ever pass by you won't regret the stay and it will be completely worth it.

Since the resort is being maintained by new owners, everything is good right now, from service to room cleaning...A nice hotel at an affordable price...Staff who are gracious.

NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN VARIOUS AREAS SINCE IT'S ONLY HOTEL OF THIS AREA. Here's what my experience says, - Quality of Food is somewhat edible but not tasty enough - No Wi-Fi - Staff's not cooperative - Worst Room Services - AC doesn't work - No Tv in my room - Electricity Supply is bad too - Bathrooms aren't cleaned properly
