Treebo Shivani - Hotel near Indore Airport

I'm struggling to find something good. Terrible room. Toilet flush broken, scary doorbell. Water bottle with breakfast unsealed; food rate charged 2.5 times the rate on menu. Internet just doesn't work. Overall a very shabby place.

Rooms are just ok. Service is poor. Attendant is very greedy for tip. Breakfast not so good. They provide one or two dishes like poha and paratha in breakfast only that too in your room. No buffet

Third class hotel, rooms very tidy, full of dust, cups were broken, even kettle was so dirty and has stain, bedsheets has stain, no safety measures, the pictures shown in the website are not correct.

Nice ambience and supportive staff .great quality .|Breakfast quality is so tasteful and clean service also regular.||Staff are so much cooperative and have a gentle nature .|The environment around the hotel and room is so joyful that make u feel like home.

One of the best hotels in Indore, the staff is friendly and courteous, rooms are clean and fresh, there are various amenities, clean bathrooms and privacy is top notch, they have a bar and a restaurant attached that serve good drinks and even better food at reasonable prices, just 15 min away from the airport, this has to be hands down one of the best hotels in the area

I had a terrible experience at Shivani Hotel, even though it was a corporate stay. The rooms had a bad odor, the washrooms were filthy, and the staff was completely unhelpful. Ekdam jhatu hotel hai! Even if offered for free, I wouldn't stay here again. Absolutely not recommended--0 stars!

Room was good and the overall stay was nice. I like the hospitality of the hotel. The uncle at the reception was friendly and the staff was cooperative. The breakfast is not buffet. They will serve in your room, they gave us poha and aaloo paratha in limited quantity

Rarely do I post negative comments, but this hotel compelled me badly. Firstly as you enter the reception there is an old man , supposedly the manager of this hotel who has no etiquette to talk to guests , probably he's not trained in the hospitality sector. Secondly the rooms, the ones we were allotted had a really bad smell which persisted throughout, there was no room freshener at the hotel, the toilet flush was a nightmare. Even the breakfast in the morning was prepared haphazardly. All in all , a highly overpriced but poor service hotel.
