Shubhim Resort & Spa

The hotel is located on main highway. In appearance it looks good. The room sizes are satisfactory but the maintenance and service is awful. Stayed for a night with my family of 4, 2 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby. The hygiene is extremely disappointing. The room had foul odour due to poor ventilation and full of dust around the furniture. Couldn't change the hotel as we reached quite late at the location. We upgraded the booked room from family to super deluxe while paying extra hoping for a better experience but the conditions of the room was similar. We payed 5k change for a single night with unpleasant experience. Service is slow and delayed. Had to wait and call thrice just for water bottles. Food was also disappointing. Not recommended at all.

The resort and restaurant was splendid. Beautiful ambiance. Peaceful and luxurious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and elegant. The resturant food was delicious and great fine dining.. We had a top class variety breakfast. Best Hotel in India Will definitely book my stay again.

Had a great experience at shubhim resort. The General Manager Mr. Ram Kumar was really helpful. The staff was great and the food was excellent. Must recommended a visit.

Oh what a wonderful experience I had, the villas are really good. We had a family wedding there and the staff was really helpful and they def made it a memorable event. Waiting for them to finsih thr front construction asap and then they will be the top in gwalior circle. Thank you

What to say? It's one of the best places I have ever seen in Gwalior. It has everything. AC banquet hall, open garden, restaurant, traditional cafe, open air cafe, garden, rooms, villas and what not. Good food, good service, value for money. Must try.

The service was good & the food quality was great but the checkout experience was terrible. They charged us for their linen citing that it had rose petal stains and couldn't be washed. The manager started arguing about how it would make them losses and would need to be replaced. Kind of weird how hospitality has changed in last couple of years!!!
