Food is good but the service n cleaning is pathetic, lift is not working, washroom n their door handles all are justt eewww not at all cleaned such a bad experience

Bogus service ..visited this hotel on the eve of Dipawali with family and mother. ..but they looted us .by charging for deluxe room and changed room on spot for no reason...very unhygienic hotel .Please do not stay in this hotel .
