Hotel Comfort Inn & Restaurant

Based of my last experience it quite basic ,food is great on its way but not excellent like you are gonna miss the taste. Service is quite slow. Card payment option could come as issue. But a quite peaceful and decorated places to be visited. Newspapers availability at waiting area totally appreciated. Overall rating is 5 out of 5. Once visited place

There are various points to talk about - 1) Poor service. 2) No cleanliness, cockroaches on dining table and rats wandering here and there. 3) Waiters not attending the customer, no attentiveness. 4) Poor taste.

Staff behaviour was very bad. Denied dinner at 10 pm saying restaurant is closed even they were drunk and not behaving properly. Bad service, not recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights. For place like Gadarwara this hotel.is quite okay. They have good rooms with TV, AC, storage cabinet etc. We opted for deluxe room and we didn't find soap or towels already there but staff was prompt to help us out with it. Rooms are generally clean and hot water was available (geyser). They have dining service also, but we didn't had real need. We had ordered tea and some snacks which was good and delivered relatively in less time. Staff was helpful. They are very close to station which make for easy stay and transfer. Also they have some parking available. Overall good exp at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
