Very bad hospitality and service. I was planning to book the hotel online for 5 days. I called the hotel directly to enquire about the rooms and the hotel staff requested to book the hotel directly. I was getting a refundable (on cancellation) deal online. The hotel staff matched the rates and committed to provide the same deal, including full refund on cancellation, to me. Trusting them, I paid an advance amount of Rs. 2000/-. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the booking which I informed the hotel staff ~12 days prior to the date of commencement of booking. The staff categorically denied the refund and went back on their earlier commitment. They behaved rudely and also warned me against posting negative reviews online. They also cited the standard clauses mentioned in the booking voucher which anyways are not relevant here as they committed to match the online deal. My only fault here was to take their verbal commitment in place of written confirmation. Hope the review is not deleted under hotel's pressure. Edit-1: The Hotel staff has replied to this review with wrong facts again just to save their image. I am filing an official complaint in consumer forum also and other social media platforms. Just shows how some of the persons working in hospitality industry blatantly cheat their customers. Edit-2: No credit note has been offered to me. The point is not about those 2000 Rs. or credit note. It is about going back on your commitment, luring customers till the booking is made and then show your true character.

Had a wonderful stay at the Vibs International. Beautiful and clean rooms, warm and courteous staff and a very good location made my stay a very pleasant one.

Had an amazing experience staying at their hotel. They managed 30 students within their hotel with such grace and patience. Outstanding staff! Homely food!
