Bheviour of the hotel manager and the staff was the worst and was not suited by the guests they were forcefully adding extra things in the bill and were forcing us to pay the extra unnessary charges for which we do not ordered and were also arguing to us and were not trying to understand the fact that we were saying to them about the bill. The cleaning staff and the manager of the hotel and of the restuarant were very rude to us and treating as we were staying there for free. All over there was a worst experience in the hotel.

Celebrated my son's birthday. Taste of food is too good. Service is also very nice . Very good party place for pure vegetarians. Highly recommend this place.

"Female travellers beware!" I booked this hotel via MakeMyTrip app on 5th March 2025 as a solo female traveller. The hotel denied check-in to me since I had a local ID. I have stayed multiple times in Bhopal as a solo female traveller but never have I faced such a problem . Every hotel I ever stayed in was very women friendly & I never had such a problem as I was staying alone. After being denied check-in by the hotel staff citing "hotel policy" , I simple requested a refund or them to cancel my booking from their end so that I can get a refund. THIS HOTEL DENIED ME BOTH CHECK-IN AS WELL AS CANCELLATION OR A REFUND. I also contacted MakeMyTrip customer support but these people were worse. I got no refund but I got frequent annoying calls & messages from the hotel as well as MMT to review my stay at this hotel. PS- I booked another hotel from Goibibo that day and had better experience as they have very women-friendly check-in policies and easy cancellations. I urge female travellers to think before booking such hotels via MMT.

Excellent staff and service. Also the food quality was superb.The behaviour of all the staffs including Rajesh Dubey ji,Hariom ji,Bhansing ji was great

We had a party at sheesham tree and the service was very nice along with the food. Specially Rajesh dubey ji was very helpful.

Had a very bad experience We hosted an official party here and no arrangements were proper. Mic and system was not working properly which disturbed the whole program also they were not responding to the queries If you are coming for lunch or dinner then it's your choice but please don't come for any official parties

They have the party hall in same building and you can't sleep till 11:00 PM due to very loud noise . Loud might not be right. Word actually as furniture in my room was vibrating due to high pitch loud noise of music.

Mr Dinesh Yadav food Beverage manger such a cooperate guy their team also worked well.. food and cleaning although the behaviour was really good
