The Kanha Castle Hotel

Unfortunately, I booked the rooms and stayed in for couple of days. Its absolutely miserable when in comes to the conditions of the rooms and cleanliness followed. There are cockroaches all around the rooms. Washrooms are not cleaned, chocked water doesn't drain out. Further rooms stinks and difficult to stay in. Let's not talk on service since you get nothing on it.

I booked the hotel online, when I reached here they denied that they can't accept my booking as the booking partner (my travelry) is showing low price for them. They are very rude asked to wait and almost after an hour they said they won't allowed me to check-in, either I have to pay again for the room. And when I discussed the manager (Rajesh Khatri) he said they had this issue earlier also, but they don't care to resolve it. The worst decision to book this place and the worst help from the hotel.

Good ambience, but worst service. I booked their rooftop for small function but we didn't got good service from hotel's side. We gave our order in advance(4 hours prior event) even then they didn't served dishes on time and served wrong items. Very disappointed!!! A suggestion for hotel's management, please work on your staff and service. Having good ambience, good interiors but poor service won't attract any customer again to your hotel.

When was the last time you visited a place to find a great customer service experience ..... if you are taking too much time to think on it then u better visit kanha castle in bhopal to experience it. A place where i was hesitant in even booking my stay made me stay for one additional day. The staff is too cooperative and very much customer oriented. They ensured that my stay was as comfortable as it could get. Food is really tasty.... paranthas were really nice for breakfast and its main course was also really good. |Few things which they could work on is keeping the bedsheets really clean and at times there is this ugly smell of the drainage in the washroom which puts you off. |If they really work on these few things this place will be an amAzing one to stay at this budget considering the fact that they provide such a great customer experience|Suggestion for readers : if you are booking a room pls prefer gold or diamond rooms for better space and comfort.

Truely It Was Great Expirence Being a Guest Of Hotel Kahna Castle. The Taste Of Food, Service Staff and there behavior Was Undoughtly Appreciable. Would Like To Appreciate Mr. Suri, The Owner Of Hotel, Who Was So friendly during the 4 Days Stay, From Front Desk Mr. Rajesh Ji and Other Staff from Service and kitchen department are very supportive. Over all Experience was Supeb. Wish To See Soon In Future.

The staff was really irritating as hell. They entered in my room two times without even knocking.. According to privacy i felt really bad. But the politeness i saw by the property owner is literally remarkable

Have lived here for 15 days straight. Few things are not good :- 1. Cleanliness: The blanket and it's cover they have are having spots of I don't know what and when you ask, they say nothing can be done about it!!!! 2. Few people in staff don't talk properly and sometimes talk rudely. Not expected after you are paying so much per day for room. 3. Anyways food quality is good! May be that can compensate....IDK! 4. Last but not least they have a master card which opens every room. And this master card is accessible even to sweepers!!!!!!! So, stay at your own risk!

Recently opened hotel. Interior is awesome and keye soothing. Great space for big celebrations. Choices are available as well for suitable space. A rooftop garden area for parties adds to its decor. Rooms are also comfy here.
