Hotel Tulsi Exotic

Very bad experience. Bill was given in incorrect name due to fault of hotel staff and still hotel is denying to correct the mistake. Very very disappointed with the service.

Hotel is good. Location is around 10 mins away from Rani Kamlapati Station. The behaviour of staff, cleanliness of room and other services are excellent. overall my experience was quite good.

It's a corporate hotel, good for corporate employees on tour , location is the advantage, room rents are reasonable

First of all, the front desk person named Surendra needs to learn some manners as to how to host the guests. He lacks professionalism and was very informal in his communication as if I am his "dost". He needs to be trained to show some respect for the guests. Then you have the seriously needed renovation for the smelly and ugly rooms. The couch and closet are stained and don't seemed to be cleaned from ages. And there is very bad odour in the bathroom and stained toilet which makes you want to leave the hotel immediately. I believe the prices are unfair for the standard of these rooms. Be careful while booking.

Provision for morning tea not made. Provision of fridge and tea cattle will increase hotel rating. Cleanliness observed. Maintenance not on own, have to ask many times.

Fully disappointed from the services rendered by staff . No courtesy towards esteemed customers. We have charged approx 4000 per day and the service and ambience of rooms was like as if we have booked an average type of hotel whose maximum tariff will be maximum 2000. Simply fraud they people are committing with the customers. Bathroom was like 20 years old building bathroom where taps were asking for repair, shower was good for nothing. In 4000 Rupees tariff room, neither dental kit, bath kit nor electric kettle, slippers were provided. However after request they were managed to provide bath kit and dental kit. Room ambience was absolutely poor. Reception staff were having rude behaviour while talking with us in many occasions and seems like our presence was not liked by them . I will not recommend anyone either couple, family or officials to book this property . Also they are having one more property tulsi Casa , same applicable to that. Breakfast was not at par with the tariff they charged from us. Highly disappointed and lost my hard earned money .

The overall experience in Tulsi Exotica was good the staff was nice and room service is quick. I stayed there for a week so i can say that this was really a great place to stay

We've been to this hotel for a party which was organized in the basement banquet hall. Not sure about the rooms and the hotel service, however banquet was quite ok and you can throw a party of around 60-80 people comfortably. It has separate space for food stalls, so you get good amount of area to organize your program, if any. Food quality is good, not very awesome, but still manageable. Service is fine.
