Hotel Kantishiva

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The entire place was extremely unhygienic and dirty, with stained linens, a filthy bathroom, and a foul odor throughout the rooms. The staff was not only unhelpful but also rude, dismissing our concerns with no effort to address them. The conditions felt like a potential medical hazard, and we were forced to leave and book another hotel. Unfortunately, we lost our money in this process, as no refund was provided. This place is in serious need of a deep cleaning and better management. Absolutely not worth the price or risk to your health.

My room was so "strategically" designed that I was able to hear all the sounds of movies theater adjacent to the hotel, the entire night. Staff were also not providing service. On the top of all, water in the bathroom stopped due to "certain issues" and I was asked to use someone else's bathroom rather than fixing the same. Also we had to wait for drinking water for a considerably long time.

This place in Betul is the best stay you can have here. Rooms are spacious but Bathrooms are not good. Staff is helpful There is no restaurant in Hotel but they arrange from outside. They also provide plates,spoons and bowls to eat. The hotel seems under construction but it is way better than others here in Betul. Location is also very good...near to Railway station

Nice hotel in chitoorgarh. Near to the fort area. Clean, hospitable, great service. You have restaurant and sheesha lounge along with Gaming area to keep yourself engaged. Manager is very good as we checked in late and he was kind to comply . Enjoyed our group stay here. Affordable with quality. Keep it up!

Don't come to this hotel, pathetic horrific experience. Behaviour of staff is wrost. Hotel is situated in front of liquor bar. Cleanship is very poor. They are mentioned in MMT to provide wifi but when you come they direct refuse to provide password and so many things is here like hotel service i strongly recommend to not come in this hotel.

Awesome place to stay at Betul at reasonable price. Attendant Mayank was really helpful customised large and extra bed for us, bedsheet and pillows were dirty and not changed. Betul Station is just outside so you can a good chai.

The staff at reception is Good but the Hotel management should do something about the Rooms. Given One Star only for the Reception people and the service staff. (1) One can take rest after 12:00 am, the Movie Hall is one wall beside the hotel rooms, so you get free entertainment ;) I heard almost the story of Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa. If you want to sleep early, Search another hotel. (2) The last room no. 30 where i stayed - - Full of Mosquitos with empty anti mosquito liquid machine, got it after demand - D2H machine was not there, on request installed but not properly connected with Cable so no entertainment - Toilet Commode plastic seat was uninstalled - Damp on walls at many places (3) The room service staff needs bit of training for professional service - communication, providing amenities of the room etc. They are hardworking but bit of professional training will do the job for them. Rest is fine

Rooms are filthy with dirty bedsheet. Although hotels is cheaper but the service is very poor. Stayed one night only. Will suggest to go if staying for one day only.
