Hotel Kalash - Balaghat

All staffs are cool except the Manager. We convinced them to change the bed sheet and pillow cover. They must have to maintain the noisy environment and hygiene of the guest. The smell of room is not good.

I am not at all happy with your staff and I request you to teach your staff the way to talk, specially your manager, the behaviour of your staff will always be remembered

Hotel kalash is good but staf is not good and night shif worker are not alert.

Central Location! Good Service! Good Food! Good Value! I have stayed for a business trip from 27th to 29th Nov'15 and was satisfied with the service. They provide AC as well as Non AC rooms at a very nominal rate. You can ask for the preferred dishes too! Wifi was also available & fast.

I stay for 3 days in Hotel kalash at Balaghat. It was overall a very pleasant stay! I liked the fast and prompt service, staff is courteous and they help in every possible manner. Bad experience hotel was very bad not clean rooms not cleans bathroom. Dirty smelling beds pillow blankets. Not available any room service.total waste of money we are staying in room no. Fab 3 and fab 4.when we complain to owner his saying you want stay otherwise go out side of my hotel.
