The Indus Valley

This is a lovely hotel, not far from the Leh Market (walking distance). They are attentive to your every need and request. ||Special thanks and recognition to the front desk staff I interacted with - Kim, Janis and Sonham Janaid. ||And I must certainly recognize the fine service of those in the restaurant who provided several wonderful meals - Rohash, Harrendra, Yangchen, as well as Chef Vicash. ||And let's not forget the wonderful service provided by Balbet |||I can't wait to come back to experience the wonderful The Indus Valley again!!

Elegant Hotel in the heart of Leh.|Very personable and attentive staff. Had some great dinner meals at the hotel and nice fresh breakfast buffet.|Great display of some up and coming local artists! Great that the hotel gives them a eleagsnt Venue to display this amazing art!|We originally had planned driving overland from Srinagar via Kargill, but decided to come firectly to Leh. Hotel was great in getting us in early.|My son developed some medical issues and the staff became like family and looked in on him as I did excursions. Eventually he ended up going to the hospital for an IV and oxygen. The hotel driver Mr. Hussain helps us navigate the system and stayed with us as he got treated.|Shout out to Ms Anu, for great communication and advice.|Special mention for Ms Kim and Stanzin Sonam at the front desk!|Come visit Leh! Trip of a lifetime!

I visited this hotel sometime back with my son and husband. We happened to see this hotel by chance on an aggregator website and contacted the hotel staff to know the location etc. Their representative, Ms. Anu really took charge from there... She helped us define a fantastic itinerary, arranged our ride to and from airport and Nubra valley. The driver, Mr. Nazir, was also exceptional. Because of his driving expertise our journey to Khardungla pass, the Nubra valley, pangong lake and Chang la pass became an easy travel. He also had excellent knowledge of local sites and helped us refine our itinerary. The hotel staff in the kitchen were also very courteous and always served food with a smile. Overall, a very good experience.

It's rare to find such consistent hospitality across all departments.||I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Anu for making this trip both safe and truly wonderful. From the moment the plans were set in motion, every detail was handled with care, precision, and a clear commitment to guest satisfaction. Your attention to our needs, responsiveness to questions, and proactive planning made all the difference.||Thanks to your efforts, everything ran smoothly--from our accommodations to our itinerary--and we were able to fully enjoy the experience with peace of mind. This hotel has a wondeful staff!! Starting from the reception, the house keeping and the kitchen, the staff here is very helpful and friendly. Chef Pawan especially, he gets involved with the guests and caters well to their needs with a smiling face. The restuarant team (Shahid,Rohit,Subhojit,chef Harandra) is ever ready to assist and serve. Stazin, Balbeet and the ladies attending the guests are always eager to help and to go out of their way. Big thanks to all at the Indus valley for their hospitality. Keep up the good work. Cheers!!!

I just got back from an incredible trip to Ladakh, and I had to share my experience with you! I stayed in Indus Valley, and it was absolutely stunning.||The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful. A special shoutout to Chef Harender and Pawan--they really went above and beyond for us! They planned some awesome activities that made our stay even more enjoyable.||The food was fantastic, and the accommodations were so comfortable. If you're thinking about a getaway, Indus Valley is definitely a must-visit place!
