The Druk Ladakh

I had a fantastic experience at The Druk Ladakh. The cafe had a lovely atmosphere, and the dishes were both delicious and well-prepared. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a great dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food and excellent service in Ladakh!

The staff are absolutely fantastic. Only too happy to ensure we had a great time. The location is a 45 minute walk or a 10 minute cab ride to the central Leh market. The hotel is showing its age and really needs some dollars spending on it to bring it back up to other resorts around it.

I recently visited Leh for the first time and decided to stay at " The Druk, Ladakh". I'm glad to say that it was a decision I'm really proud about. The staff (including Dolma, Jacqueline, and Kushal at reception, and Jigmet, Stanzin, and Nurboo) were extremely helpful and accomodating. The rooms were super clean and had a typical "Ladakhi" touch to them. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Food was amazing as well. Well cooked, delicious and no short of flavour. Overall, 5 stars!

The hotel is located in a very nice place surrounded by mighty mountains and green lush. It is very convenient also, just a 5 minute walk away from leh main market. The food is top class with huge feast spread at all times . The staff is very kind. And specially Dolma and Jacqueline, the are very well trained, kind and always helping. Their smiles will make your day.

During all our previous trips to Leh, we have always stayed in homestays and had wonderful experiences. This time around due to large group, we stayed here. While its a decent place, its not something that i would look forward to coming back. ||Extremely impersonal behaviour of all staff. Generally everyone seems aimless as there doesn't seem to be anyone to guide them on what needs to be done. Lower floor rooms are leaking and upper floors have beautiful views. Most horrible experience was food. Very average quality, staff has no clue on how to handle buffet, food was not refilled and we had to wait almost 30mins for refill! Even rotis takes 10-15 mins. This is not the experience that we need during holidays. ||They need strong manager and chef who can give better service. ||Would not recommend this place in leh.

The Druk ladhak is one of best hotel that I stayed ever. Their staff is very nice and hard working. The room is also clean with no dust. Their food was very nice with good ambience. They also arrange bike for us. The hotel location is very good with beautiful view

The Druk is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was super professional and they ensured that all our needs were catered to. The room was spotlessly clean with not a single dust particle in sight. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Ladakh.

I have stayed at The Druk a few times now and it has always been a wonderful experience. The staff are truly amazing...especially Doma and Jacqueline who work at reception. The Druk has a beautiful lawn and safe parking for my motorcycle which I love. It's a great place to get away and relax among the beautiful mountains of Leh. I will definitely be back.
