Riwang Residency ladakh

This was the most memorable stay of my life. Cool, calm n most enjoyable hotel with very good service. Staff are very attentive. Manager helped us lot in war condition. Food was fantastic.

One of the best hotel in ladakh with walkable distance to leh market. The rooms were clean with good view outside. Outside lawn with apple garden. Service was good. Food was good but not great. Went there on August, so climate was cozy. Overall: 8/10

During a time of immense uncertainty and fear due to the ongoing war situation, Hotel Ri Wang in Leh became much more than just a place to stay--it became a sanctuary. 5 Stars - Wonderful Stay at Riwang Residency! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Riwang Residency during my stay from 11th May to 13th May. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special shoutout to Mr. Sanjay Thakur, the manager, and his incredible team -- they were courteous, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout. The availability of hot water 24/7 and a room heater running around the clock made a huge difference in the chilly weather. The food was good, and while there's always room for improvement, the service and politeness of the staff truly stood out. Thank you, Riwang Residency, for making this journey even more special!

The facilities given was zero. No water bottle in the room, no dental kit was given even after demand, blanket was full of strain. Behaviour of the manager was very rude and he told me that you go and complain wherever you want. In place of butter something other item was given and staff told it is Amul butter. On our protest manager came and told yahi milega aur ye Amul butter nahi hai. And he started misbehaving when we told this is not acceptable. Every time on every wrong thing he told aap jahan marzi complain karo mein care nahi karta. Very bad experience.

One of the best hotel in Leh with minimum walking distance of 5 mins to the main market. Nice and tranquil place for stay your holiday gate away.
