Moon Palace Homestay

We stayed at the place on second week of April.The service was excellent especially talking about their behavior they are really kind and understanding people.We came on a bike there was ample space to park the bike. It is located just 200m to leh market with good proximity to main spots in leh. Being on a budget it was a great option to stay. The couple who are the owners were really helpful. Overall a wonderfull stay.

We stayed at Moon palace for about 2 weeks and really enjoyed it there. Quiet and close to everything in Leh. Lovely family and service, they serve food and do laundry for a fee too. And yeah we just loved it there.

We stayed here second time after two years. It was like a home away from home for us. Mr jigmet is a humble and helpful person. Mrs. Chorol is also very caring. Our son Tejas enjoyed a lot with his old friends, their kids. This is a place very near to the market yet very peaceful. A nice garden has been maintained by them with home grown vegetables. Rooms are neat and clean. Owners are adjustable for the comfort of guests. Budget friendly.Great value for money..

Me and my daughter stayed here for three days, which we will never forget in our lifetime. , 1. LOCATION, was less than a KM to the main market, but without the noise and pollution of the market. Silent with nice mountain view location. 2. HOSPITALITY, by the owners, Husband and wife along with their children was excellent, served delicious Local Ladakhi food served in nice, neat and gorgeous crockery at very reasonable/ less price. 3. AMENITIES, clean and neat rooms/Bathrooms with clean bed spreads, pillow cover along with running hotwater. Overall it is a good value for money and great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.

Staying at moon palace was an experience where I would love to come again and again. Choral is such a warm person. She makes food with so much love as if she is feeding her kids. Thanks dear for making my stay so happy and pleasant. God bless. Till next time

I stayed here for a while and had a lovely time. The location is great, clost to restaurants and a short walk from the main bazaar, but its in a side street so super quiet and peacefull. Chorol and her family are the lovliest hosts and will make sure you have what you need during your stay.
