Ladakh Eco House

What a great place to stay. They have a garden and spacious common space. I sat down and drink tea, enjoy the view. Two cute dogs sleeping in the garden. Our room was very spacious and warm. I really like Sundeep (I'm not sure I spelled his name correctly), he's cute and helpful. Come here when you come to Leh.

The hotel is a Traditional House with a beautiful garden. The rooms are clean and there is a hot shower. The owner is super friendly and offers help for organizing Taxis and trips. It was a really nice stay Thank you!

Our experience at this homestay was mixed. Mr. Stanzin, the property owner, demonstrated exceptional hospitality and dedication. He made considerable efforts, even personally traveling to the market twice, to accommodate our needs. The homestay boasts a pleasant open space, ideal for enjoying meals amidst lush greenery and stunning landscapes.Despite these positive aspects, there were notable drawbacks. The caretaker's lack of attentiveness and availability was concerning, and prolonged power outages disrupted our stay. However, Mr. Stanzin has assured us of plans to enhance services, and we trust in his commitment to improving the overall experience.With improvements in service quality, this homestay has the potential to become one of the finest in Leh. We remain optimistic, given Mr. Stanzin's dedication to providing a memorable stay.

We stayed here during the first two nights of our week long Leh Ladakh trip as well as last night prior to our return flight to Delhi. This is a nice Homestay run by Stanzin Oder. Had a chance to meet the lovely family who are super warm and will leave no stones unturned to make your stay comfortable and memorable one. The hospitality and services offered by Stanzin who personaly took take care of all the little little details was exemplary. He is always ready to help and gives the best advice for your trip. The food is delicious and we were fed with so much love and truly felt a Home away from Home experience. The rooms are well ventiliated with a nice balcony sit-out, warm and decent. Cleanliness is visible and overall aesthetic upkeep of the property is wonderful. It is indeed a great place to unwind surrounded with greenery and mountains. Such a breathtaking affair! We had a great time here, sandeep an stanzin are very nice and helpful. They helped us to organize trips and taxi rides etc.. the food is so good! its a calm area and the garden is beautiful.

The house is lovely with a beautiful garden. They grow a lot of vegetables. The host is friendly and Sandeep (the housekeeper) does a great job. He made fire at night for guests sitting around. Tea and coffee are so good. 3km away from the center of Leh, it is easy to walk to the Leh market.

We had the best time staying here! Stanzin was so helpful, checking in on us multiple times to see how we were adjusting to the altitude. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the house is beautiful. He also arranged our 7-day trek and found us a great guide. Will definitely be back!

I recently had a great stay here. Eco House is a relaxing spot to settle while in Leh. The rooms are exceptionally clean and Stanzin, the owner, and his staff are very attentive to all of their guests' needs. Stanzin can assist in booking anything you need while staying in Ladakh, so if feel unprepared when you arrive, no worries, longer treks, day trips, along with transportation can be quickly arranged. Probably the best thing about staying here was the care that the owners showed for each of the guests.
