I enjoyed my stay at Casa Ladakh but the food part . The rooms were clean large and well maintained. Staff very courteous but the Food was very very very bad hardly ate in the hotel and had to make request for even making a simple omelette . In simple words first time I understood how can anyone make such bad Dal . Rest everything else is top notch . Please stay there and enjoy . The management just needs to change or redirect the chef . Good luck !!!

We are fully satisfied with Casa Ladakh. while the other things such as Rooms, Service and Location are good, what impressed us most was the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. They are really awesome. If they are not nice, what is the use of the other things? Right ! I highly recommend this property for a pleasant stay.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this casa Ladakh hotel.We had a mix group of senior citizen and kids Tonyot Dorjay and his staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The facilities were pristine, and the room was spacious and comfortable.Food is home cooked and fresh We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

As a first-time visitor to Leh, I was fortunate to have chosen this hotel for my accommodation. The hotel's eco-friendly environment, surrounded by lush greenery, a beautiful garden, and a refreshing water stream, provided a tranquil and serene atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's family, who warmly welcomed me and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at Casa Ladakh demonstrated utmost professionalism and attentiveness, promptly addressing any concerns or requests I had during my stay. While the Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved in terms of speed, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience I had. The quality of the food served at the hotel was commendable, offering a homely and delectable dining experience. We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is par excellence, with great location, tasty food, intricately designed and furnished interiors. The owner and staffs were very friendly. Would surely choose them again if we happen to visit again.

The rooms are good and the place is neat. Apart from that everything abt this place is bad. The service is too bad. You will have to ask them anything a couple of times to get it done. Food is average and again is a headache to get the order placed and have it ready. The location is also little too much inside and can create confusion. We were the only guests in the hotel when we visited. Maybe because of that the service was bad but definitely there are better options around. Not worth spending money. Very irresponsible staff

Amazing place to stay in Leh. Rooms are super clean and host is very helpful. Food quality is very good. I would say that you get one of the best food in Leh at this place. Highly recommend this place for stay.
