Himalayan Retreat karzoo

Rooms are clean and very spacious. Food is included breakfast and dinner in the package price. The dinner spread very wide and taste was amazing. Staff are very courteous and respond very quickly to your queries. View from the room is also good but not great. They provide portable room heater on request but we didn't take though as the blankets are very heavy so it should be sufficient. Hot water available in the bathroom always.

The property offers breathtaking views and excellent service throughout. What truly distinguishes the experience, however, is the exceptional hospitality--Mr. Nurbu personally checks in with each guest to ensure their needs are met, making the stay all the more memorable. Highly recommended.

Good rooms with central heating were available,the bathroom and bedsheets were clean and toiletries,linens and towels were of good quality. Highly recommend. Was a pleasant and comfortable stay

Location was good...near to the market so we get ample of time for shopping...the rooms were very clean and spacious with a seneric view...the staff was very helpful and humble and prompt in providing service...talking about the food....it was really delicious... especially the aloo paranthas in breakfast with their masala tea...would love to come again and stay here
