Golden Palace Ladakh

This review is long, long overdue! I've thought about writing it many times but kept putting it aside because the experience was just that incredible. My wife, friend, and I stayed at Sonam's place for two weeks in 2022, and it was truly unforgettable. Sonam was incredibly kind and helpful--he treated us like family, always making sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way to help, whether it was arranging transport, showing us around Leh, or even bargaining for us. We loved his company and the stories he shared. Words aren't enough to describe the kind of person he is! The rooms were cozy, with breathtaking views of the valley. The food was amazing, and the whole place had such a warm, welcoming vibe. Sonam even organized a feast for us, making our trip even more special. I'll always remember having a friend at the top of the world. Thanks, Sonam--hope to visit again someday!

It was great experience with golden palace. I went on family holiday. It was amazing, great view, safety and it was quiet place. We enjoyed alot. Will choose same for next trip.

Among the best places to stay in Ladakh. There is wonderful stream which runs by a few steps from the place. During summers when water is bearable and sun is bright, people relax near the stream. Some even venture out for dip in the water too. The owner is a pleasant person and he is extremely helpful. His daughter is a curious and inquisitive child. Do have a conversation with her if you stay here. Highly recommended

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would absolutely recommend the Golden palace to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and excellent service. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at this hotel in Ladakh was fantastic! The location offered breathtaking mountain views, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food was delicious, with a great mix of local Ladakhi flavors. They even organized amazing local excursions, letting us truly explore Ladakh's beauty. Highly recommend this place for a perfect blend of comfort, culture, and unforgettable scenery. The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and gave us plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Large windows offered breathtaking views of the mountains, making every moment a treat. Here are the Five stars !!

Great experience staying in this hotel . Excellent location , very near and walking distance to shopping area and restaurant we was lucky to bi upgraded to be a superior room with windows......
