Ethno Resort Hotel Restaurant Horses

My friends and I stayed here for ten days, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed and incredibly peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to assist, making us feel like we were talking to friends rather than hotel employees. The location was also perfect for us as it was only 20-30 minutes to most of the parts in the city, and only 45-55 minutes to every skiing resort in the area. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food with amazing value for money. We also loved the activities, especially horse riding, thanks to the supportive and helpful instructor who made the entire process enjoyable. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fulfilling getaway. Will definitely be returning here for summer or for the next winter skiing trip.

Don't go here they have the worst service ever! They are racist to foreigners and they let Kyrgyz people pass first even I paid $100 for horse riding and they told me to wait one hour and I have waited three hours and at the end no horse riding and they only refund my money without even apologise! So I highly recommend you to go to Supara Chukurchak they have the best horse riding service and nice hotel with amazing stuff fully speaking English! Because at Hyde park they can't even speak English! Don't go there

Great nature, horse riding for kids and adults and you can go out to a mountain hike. Petting zoo with sheep, ostriches and other birds and rabbits. Can feed them and horses in stables. Close to center, decent good, great atmosphere. Stay there if you coming to Bishkek

The hotel itself is pretty decent, especially if you love horses. The courtyard of the hotel has stables, so the smell of horses awaits. This is the first hotel I've found that has penalty rates if you break or damage something. I want to say that the prices are quite affordable. If you dream of trashing a hotel room and uploading it to YouTube, this is a budget-friendly option.

Avoid the horseback riding here! I came for the tour because it's cheap with 2,000 for horse tour with instructor. But the instructor without warning made our horses gallop very fast as soon we got out of sight of the resort, and was laughing as we held on for dear life. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. If you want a safe and enjoyable experience, go elsewhere.

This was a super awesome stay that we had. A wonderful place to stay. Kids have a lot to explore and learn as well. The small zoo behind and the play area was a great time killer for kids. We booked the largest room for our family but we were shocked when we arrived that the room is not available. They lied to us and told us there is an electrical problem and they need until noon to fix it.. the room was actually booked to someone else,, They offered us a very small and dingy with a very low roof which was so bad. I don't recommend this hotel at all, they wasted our time as we had to find another hotel .. we came back few days later to ride horses in the mountains which was nice, so just visit for the activities but do not stay

Unfortunately I don't recommend staying at the hotel! They don't have elevators! nor the windows could be open and they are very high so the room is gloomy! and you can hear and feel it when someone walks around in the corridors! The reception personnels were nice and accommodating and they spoke English well and actually were helpful when I requested to extend my stay due to flight change. The worst part which made or stay unpleasant is the breakfast staff and the small unclean dining hall.. Although the breakfast starts at 8 am we went down at 8:30 and they weren't ready and you can't locate any of the staff in the breakfast area because they are ignoring you hiding behind the curtains eating!! the food was cold and their were no cutlery! I have also tried the restaurant and my experience there was much better but not in much !
