Jannat Regency Hotel

The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor--like old, unwashed carpets--and the bathrooms were even worse. The moment you opened the bathroom door, a foul, sewer-like smell would fill the room. I'm not sure if it's related, but we also experienced some strange, possibly paranormal activity--drawers opening on their own without explanation.

The stay duration was 1 day because of a cancelled flight The receptionist Altynai did for us a great job she was very professional in managing all the people. The room very confortable. Thanks a lot to all the personal of the hotel

a good place to stay every thing is fine and perfect staff is also disciplined,food was fantastic. but the toilets,they should inspect properly before arrival of guests i was in room 503 and toilet there was not in good condition, i thought a bunch of hair was sticking inside but is was not hair but scratches like someone made with lead pencil, looking weird.

Good stay not great. Definitely not a 5-star hotel maybe 3-4 stars. First issue was no fridge. Second our room had a few issues and just wasnt worth the price. The amenities like pool, sauna, gym were incredible. Id recommend staying at a really nice AirBnB then this. If you do stay here please talk to the staff if you get a bad service they will accommodate.

I'm really failing to understand what about this hotel is five star. Other than being spacious, the room has several deficiencies - mini fridge removed, water pressure low, various scratches and dings on furniture and walls, etc. But the most frustrating thing is the party taking place outside our window. We can hear the music louder in our room than the parking lot. When we asked to move, we were told that every single room on the opposite side of the hall was not clean.... It's 9:30pm now and have come from a 9 day trekking tour with hopes of a comfortable night's sleep. I'm seriously disappointed in this place. EDIT The front desk did call after posting this review to allow us to change rooms. It was near the end of the party so we stuck it out the last 15 minutes. The breakfast was quite good. I'm still not convinced this is five stars but they made an effort.

## very disappointed at Jannat Regency's Service (Bishkek) I recently stayed at the Jannat Regency in Bishkek, and while the hotel itself may be beautiful, the service fell far short of my expectations, especially for a five-star establishment. Even more concerning, the fridge they brought was completely empty. * **Delayed Housekeeping:** It took an unacceptable hour to receive a simple request for a towel. These issues significantly impacted my stay. While I understand occasional mistakes, the combination suggests a systemic problem with service delivery. **More Like a Two-Star Experience:** Considering the reputation of a five-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, the experience felt closer to what you might expect at a two-star hotel. **Recommendation:** If you're considering staying at Jannat Regency, be aware that the service may not live up to the five-star rating. **Hopefully, this review helps other travelers make informed decisions about their stay!

Dont waste your money booking this hotel. i had the worst experience. arrived at the hotel 5 am, very tired from the flight and looking forward to get some sleep before the tours. the reception said we dont have a booking in their system. after showing our booking confirmation, thats only when the receptionist called the room service to prepare a room for us.(considering our check in time was 2pm the previous day) waited almost an hour waiting for the room. the hotel is dated though spacious. the toilet has some cracks on the floor. and the hallway smells old. do not expect a buffet breakfast. we got some cold cuts of cheese and a basket of bread and 3 pieces of croissant. ( for each of us because we are 3) the staff were courteous but we really struggled with communicating with them. some speak english but most of them does not which is understandable. location is ok. there is a mall beside where you can buy some groceries. a bit far from the center but did not matter to us since we have a pick up and drop off from our tour guide. on our 4th/5 day.. we came back from our tour, tired and excited to rest, the receptionist told us that we are supposed to checkout already at 1 pm. we showed again our booking confirmation showing that we our booked until the next day. we were shocked. didnt even got an apology for that. we entered the room and it was not made up. no water. no towels. it was such a disaster. very unorganized. positive note: Kyrgystan is a beautiful country.
