Old star hotel. The reason why I said so is because there are some things which we often see in old star hotels like phones inside the washroom etc. talking about the check in and check out, it was smooth and the receptionist was really nice and calm. Very cooperative people in the hotel. Rooms are fine not so impressive but can't expect more for that price range. Beds are soft and clean, washrooms are also clean with all the toiletries. We get 2 complimentary water bottles and coffee maker and ingredients as well. In Complimentary breakfast there is not much of an option, either a dosa combo or poori set and a coffee tea or juice of your choice. That's it, not a buffet. Location is great as it's really near to railway station and bypass. NOTE:- as always it's just my opinion from the experience which I had during my stay. Other may have a different one. Cheers

Excellent Hospitality, always smiling staff is the most positive aspects of the hotel, rooms are clean and neat. Food is excellent. Even though there is no direct hot water in the room they provide in bucket as per request.

Not having any standards of a 3 star hotel. No facilities or poor facilities for the charge they incur from the customers. Very shabby reception to start with and the materials in the room seems to be very old. This is situated on the highway near to the bus stand. They offer breakfast, not buffet. I stayed for two days there and both the days the food were the same menu!!! They don't even check whether the water bottle is empty or not!!!

One of the worst hotel Which I stayed so far. I boked the hotel for two days. They charged me 3 days rent due to check out delay by 2 hrs. There was no complementary break fast, Lift was not working, no hot water, and no temperature control on AC. Bathroom was very bad and foul smell comes out due to in adequate ventilation. Normally for double room, all other 3 star hotel will provide 2 bath towels and one hand towel. But they give only 1 towel. No complementary mineral water. So My advise , please avoid this hotel or Before booking, you physically see the room and ensure all systems are working

Town of vadakara mid way between Calicut and Kannur birth park three star hotel serves good veg and non veg food. Bit costly as its 3 * AC. Lunch is good and wholesome. Costs around 120 for executive lunch veg. Additional non veg orders will burn a hole in ur wallet. Pl ask for the rates and order. Chicken and fish biryani Malabar type good. Mutton is horrible. This area better to skip mutton items in hotels. And stick to fish. Hotel is neat clean with good rooms to stay. Breakfast is not up-to the mark and costly. Few small eaties nearby serve very good hot puttus and appams. If someone can walk down on either side of the high way for few hunder meters you can pack very good food to eat in the hotel room if staying. Night restaurant is open till 11pm. |Rotis and panner items OK. No much consistency in preparation as the no if people are less. Better to avoid Gobi items as had very bad experience. Gobi Manchurian was smelling of stale preserved item and kids didn't even touch it. Panner and mixed veg curry chicken items OK in night. |Hotel have their transportation and buses for group tour.

Good experience at North Park Vadakara. They have good varities in the menu. Had Veg Meals, Fried Rice and Cut Fruits. All the dishes were well presented and served. Would be better if the restaurant would be maintained cleaner, like closing the doors to avoid flies inside.

Went to Vadakara for a house warming ceremony and we were booked here as this was supposed to be the best hotel in Vadakara.||||We checked in at about 11 in the night and we were given a room in the third floor. Bed spreads were okay but the pillows had a slight stinking smell. ||||We came back around 1 am in the night carrying our food from a restaurant near by and we were not allowed to take the food in side the hotel Management had instructed the hotel employees not to bring outside food. I find this totally ridiculous as the hotel did not have a 24 hour restaurant. The reason they gave was the management is worried about the guests as the food outside is not good and they do not want to be responsible. We gave the food to the front office person and asked him to buy food for us as we were hungry. Finally he allowed us to take the food. The front office person was a very young chap (I think his name is Jithan) and his attitude was unbearable.||||Next day we went to have the complimentary breakfast and we ordered for idlys, poori and dosas. We were told that all breakfast items comes with 3 numbers. 3 idlys and 3 pooris are fine, but what will we do with 3 dosas. I do not understand as the breakfast being complimentary, why these number restrictions. And when we ordered for a tea we were scared that there will be 3 teas, but fortunately they brought only 1.||||The photos of the rooms in their website is completely different from what we experienced.||||Only positive point I can think of this hotel is 24 hour check out.

The rooms are neat and close to national highway. But not worth for the price they charge. The front side of the hotel is undergoing repair due to highway expansion. We have come here for friends marriage. Booked an ac room for 6 people. The room had two air conditioners, one was faulty. No temperature settting on ac, no fan, no windiws. The worstpart is we had an uninvited guest, a rat inside our room. You heared me right, a mouse stuck in a room which you pay hefty 3000 rs a night. Please stay away from this place by all means.
