AC room cost 1800 Rs even for a single person.rooms are near and tidy. Bathroom clean. Bed with towel and blanket provided with a shower soap. Good for family or singles to stay near Tirur railway station.

Had a very bad experience here. Not a good place to stay with family. Rude behaviour of the reception boy. Agreed to let the room for an amount and finally demanded full rent of another day for delaying checkout for 2 hours. No room service. Very bad behaviour of the front staff. No restaurants nearby. Its better to stay in hotels opposite to the railway station. This hotel is far and also the approach road is pity condition.

Not recommended for families only advantage is nearest railway station very poor room service

Bad experience staying there. There is only one staff in this hotel, and he is very unprofessional in all aspects. The Non-AC room has only a wall mount fan which makes the room hot. I booked non ac and had to pay extra to switch on the ac. Also the room had ants in the bed when I checked in. That guy came and cleaned the bed. While checking out i found ants on my bags and dresses. So I took some extra time to pack them up. Then he said I'm 10 minutes late and and need to pay for it. I told him about the ants and he said it was my mistake, because I might have kept the food items in the room. He was speaking as if I brought the ants from outside. Ants came because they are not taking proper pest control measures, but he was blaming me for bringing the hiding ants outside by keeping some foods in the room. I checked out after some arguments with him.

You will not get what is offered. Very bad place - I will NOT Recommend. There are many amazing places just 10 yards from this place and on the main road. Location of this is too bad - see the pictures. 1) In some website they sell Junior Suite, that is what I booked for and I got a standard Room 2) I choose non-smoking room and got to know all rooms are smoking rooms 3) If the place is too crowded then parking spot is on the road - See pictures 4) Room is too small not value for money.

Well maintained room, price is too high (1800) check out time is 2pm ,
