Kausthubhom Residency

Stayed for two days. Rooms are small but comfortable for a couple. Location is bit away from either Thiruvalla or Chengannur and far from good restaurants. Mr. Sathish, manager was very helpful and friendly. Other staff like Akhil was also very helpful. The out sourced home cooked food with limited menu arranged by them was very helpful and saved lot of botheration as well as cost. An auto arranged with help of Mr. Sathish to visit all 5 temples around Thiruvalla was very convenient and quick. Noise due to construction of rooms in the ground floor was bit annoying in day time but nights were very peaceful. Abscence of lift is a big disadvantage for senior citizens as all rooms are either in 1st or 2nd floors. Non availability of coffee or tea in the morning before 9:00 am is bit bad as the only bakery of the village openes very late and hotel does not have any provision to make. A hot water kettle and packets of instant coffee/tea sachet and sugar commonly kept in the office may be helpful in this respect Over all we were satisfied for selecting this property for the short stay and temple visits.

Really a good hotel with good atmosphere greenery those who prefer for a peacefulness can definitely stay in Kausthubhom Residency. The Manager, staff are all very helpful. They don't have Restaurant still they can make arrangements for food but only thing it should be in advance .I recommend this property. Thanks.

This is a place calm and quiet. A very peaceful atmosphere.free from pollution away from the city nice ambience. I had a stay along with my wife and kids they all enjoyed the stay. The staff are well trained and very pleasant. They don't have a Restaurant but Room service is available homely food is arranged depending upon the availability of food . I recommend this property to my friends and relatives. Thank you.

Dust maintenance work is ongoing. No food is being provided--not even a plate for eating. We have to wash our own plates. It's a rural area with no food available, the room is congested, and the pillows are dirty."

Good Rooms. Newly built hotel hence rooms are clean and neat. Staffs are very helpful. Outside looks of the hotel may feel like lodge but once you enter inside,it will change. Only drawback is parking option is limited. Also lifts are not there in the building.

This property is very Calm & quite place free from pollution. The Manager, Staff all are friendly. There is some basement work going but that doesn't effect the customers. I will defintely recomment this property to my friends. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel recently. It's a calm and quiet place. The rooms are neat and clean. There is no restaurant attached, but they arrange coffee in the morning, and food can be ordered using the Swiggy app. The staff is highly cooperative and will arrange transport and a guide to visit all six Divya Desams located around Chengannur.
