Very poorly maintained property for the price charged. AC barely works. Kitchen is not equipped with even basic utensils. We had a power outage for a few hours in the middle of the night and we basically couldn't sleep as it was too hot without fan or AC as there was no backup power available. Location is close to the beach, but that's pretty much the only nice thing I can say about this place.

We had a stay there at the independent villas( 2 ac rooms ). Although the stay was good but had a few problems here nd there ( which will not be compromised by many people ) Pricing was average per room. Few issues were: - water speed was very slow - AC not work as expected, very slow - minor electricity issue ( and no backup provided ) - Bought few items while we were only asking for rates ( thus we have to buy it from him irrespective of the price, very bad experience) - one room didnt had water for 2 days ( we adjusted anyways ) Good things - - good and fast service ( have small shop inside, beers also available) - 10m walk to beach

Couple friendly villa....stayed for 3 days with my wife.....1 bedroom villa was provided to us by Mr Vishnu(manager of the villa)......provided rent scooter for us, homely food, suggested places to visit in varkala....coordinated boating and kayaking activities in mangrove forest... Also the property was garden view...... Staff behaviour was friendly Also gave us rooms with better price....
