Manjumala Resort

Very very bad experience. We a team of 2 family stayed there on 3 March 2024. No drinking water available, no soap available, no bath towel available. No lock for windows, no lock for doors, bathrooms and rooms are not clean. Looks like there have no one stayed for last few months. They told there have pool but pool is full of dirt and waste of jackfruit trees. No filter for small pool and big pool have no water in it. It looks like the drinking water filter haven't cleaned for the last few months or years. Drinking water have very bad smell, taste and colour. To sleep there we have fitted lock in the night with our own tools and efforts. They charged Five thousand rupees (Rs. 5000/-) for one night stay for two families with this much of bad facilities. We mentioned all these to them to get reasonable price but they haven't even care about all these. As we were a group of families with small kids too we had no other options. So we stayed there and the team haven't reduced any amount. We know it's a clear case of violating consumers right. But we haven't even told it to others because there we have no time to waste there. If minus star rating available we will give minus star only. Very very bad experience.
