Navaratna Inn

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a comfortable stay near the Thalassery railway station. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. We stayed here and also hosted a function with around 280 guests in the hall on the top floor. The ambience was nice and the space was well suited for gatherings of around 250 people. The buffet hall on the third floor was also good, although a bit small for serving such a large crowd. It may take a few rounds to accommodate everyone. The food quality was good and the overall cost was very economical. One of the highlights was the ample parking space available, which was truly amazing and added great convenience for all our guests. There is also a regular restaurant within the hotel, making it very easy for those staying to get food without any hassle. I would rate my experience as very good and sincerely recommend this place for your functions and parties.

I had a wonderful experience at navartna inn for my sister's engagement. From the initial stage of bookings to the event date we got a premium experience. The hall , food, service ,staffs ,rooms where exemplary. The guest that came for the event where so happy and shared their dining experience . The food they provide is of best quality and super delicious. Thank you team Navartna Inn for your hospitality and services. We would personally recommend .

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Staff and Poor Management I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From check-in to check-out, I encountered nothing but indifference and attitude when I raised even the simplest queries. It felt like they were doing me a favor by merely responding. The management was no better--completely disorganized and unwilling to address any of the issues I faced during my stay. Requests were ignored, and complaints fell on deaf ears. It's clear there's a serious lack of proper training and accountability here. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic respect and decent service, but this hotel failed miserably on both fronts. I would strongly advise avoiding this place unless you want to ruin your trip

"Fantastic stay! The hotel's proximity to the railway station was a big plus. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a tasty breakfast spread made my stay truly enjoyable.The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good . The restaurant had a great selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, food was of good quality sufficient qty too. Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience during my stay at Navaratna Hotel, Thalassery and I feel it's important to share this for the awareness of future guests. We were falsely accused of losing a towel that was later found in their own room. Although they refunded the 350 they charged for the towel, the entire incident caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. To make matters worse, their checkout process took over an hour, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. A hotel stay should be about comfort and efficient service, but this experience was far from it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their processes and customer handling to avoid such issues in the future.

Rooms were quite impressive, neat and clean with good toilets. Food could be better. Staff were quite courteous. Not much choice in complimentary breakfast menu. Very good parking space and good location. Overall it was a nice experience.

Had a bitter experience as they held us responsible for one towel missing from the room and me and my family had to wait for an hour till they found the towel from the room. They didn't have the courtesy and logic to understand a customer who can afford to pay 18000 rupees, will never take a towel from the room. Will never recommend this property. Not a professional hotel to stay.

Horrible Experience - Disrespectful and Unprofessional Service! I had an incredibly frustrating stay at Hotel Navaratna Inn in Thalassery. This place doesn't seem to care about its customers' time or well-being. First of all, we requested a check-out at the reception, and then we were forced to wait for nearly an hour for our bill. This is completely unacceptable and a total waste of time. But the real issue was when we were accused of stealing a towel. The staff claimed there were 5 towels in the room, but when we checked out, they said there were only 4. The towel in question was left *under the wash basin* -- completely out of sight and unknown to us. They didn't bother checking the room properly and instead chose to blame us without any evidence. It felt like a cheap attempt to shame us. Accusing paying customers of theft without proper verification is downright unprofessional and insulting. This hotel has no respect for its guests. If you value your time and dignity, avoid this place at all costs.
