Not at all satisfied . Went there for lunch, plenty of customers at that time and their staff weren't able to reach the table in time. Coming to the food I ordered chicken biryani, ( price was high for this kind of average biriyani) but it was an average dish for me, masala were heavy, Got 2 pieces one was deep fried and other was boiled , so basically it didn't sync at all. And the worst part was , about the rice it was like half cooked., grainy feel when chewing. Not at all recommending for further visit

Unsatisfied Service. Unprofessional Staff. 20minutes passed no staff attended our table also was very rude with lots of attitude in behaviour and Impatient behaviour. Very Very Disappointed with the service. Food was Good but not good service.

Very bad attitude to the customers. I had booked here. Both receptionist and his manager is dont know how to speak. They think the customer is beggers. Never Could recoments to families.

Today(3rd dec 2024 3:20pm) we went there for lunch and we asked for biriyani but the waiter said that biriyani is finished .but after 1/2 an hour we saw biriyani is being served in the nearby tables.when we asked why it is not served to us he said that it was just prepared .he could have informed us that dish is under prepration .it will take time.but he did not said that. Second, since he said biriyani is finished we ordered 2 veg meals and 1 fish curry meals. When the veg meals is served the rice had water in it and it was cold also .when when I told him ,he acknowledged the rice is about to finish thats why it has water. So we cancelled 1 meals.since my mom is vegetarian I didn't had any other option for her . After cancelling my meals me and my brother ordered mixed fried rice. When the. Dish was. Served it had the mixture of chicken ,beef ,egg and veg. I was expecting only chicken,veg and egg. I will not eat beef and I couldn't have that dish.if this was the mixture they use they should have mentioned the items on the food menu otherwise the waiter should have informed what all contents will be there in it. I never had such a pathetic situation in any of the restaurents till now. Even after we notified the waiter about the issues ,he did even ready to say sorry neither the boy sat on the counter when I mentioned all this issues when I made the payment. And on top of the the price of the food was Veg meals :130 ( water filled cold rice) 2 mixed fried rice: 400 It they bill this much they should have to provide the quality to the food and service. Unfriendly and unethical staffs. Pathetic restaurent.

Pathetic food. For dinner they served chapathi made in the afternoon. The egg roast tasted horrible. Please avoid food. Just visit the bar.

Worst service I ever experienced. Not having any concern about customers

You should be ready to obey their strict rules.. Very strict rules.. No visitor is allowed. Advance payment is required for booking... Worst service. Staff behaviour is very rude.. We can not expect a decent service from this hotel. They are mainly focussing in bar. Please don't stay here with family. They don't need any customers..
