HOTEL HOLIDAY PARK

Today (23-3-25) was my daughter's birthday and we had booked a hall for the functions. We had two welcome girls needed to change cloths, and we asked the hotel reception for a room, just to change cloths, few minutes. They gave us a room for 1800/-. This is not a friendly hotel. 1800/- was for sevaral hours only. So i took that room at 2200 for 24 hrs. Not only here but I'll tell everyone that, these ppl think that, they r from Utopia. This is amballur, maan. Wake up.

Hello all, First of all I'm not stayed there. I recently called to enquire about rooms and the behavior from the receptionist (one lady) is very rude. So at the very beginning I decided not to book there. This is not the way someone treat their customers. @team hotel holiday- please teach them how to behave or deal with customers. Also I would like to share a note that, manager's (i don't know his name) attitude was good and gentle. He cleared all my concerns and always willing to help. THANKS

Comparing the hotels in Thrissur town it feels lil pricer ( still reasonable though) Good staff and pretty okay service as well. First time we got well maintained room( it was small room though). But last time we got a very spacious room but poorly maintained especially the toilet wasn't cleaned and stained, tap was broken, some of the switches are complaint, there are two door lens one was broken and they close it with just a piece of paper which doesn't feel safe. Whatever for below 2500 rupees we get ac room with tv, hot water kettle & mini refrigerator, Behaviour of staff Price food Cleanliness

Very bad behaviour from the staff .especially from the old bald guy in the reception.poor customer service

Very bad customer service at the reception in the night time. Very bad experience.

The event hall was ok but te ac wasn't working, the audio system for the event was the worst

Nice and big a/c rooms with fridge, balcony attached. Spacious parking, a/c and non a/c bar attached. 3rd floor they do have massage parlor but do not go. It's not authenticate ayurvedic massage and the prices starts from 2K which is totally waste.
