The place is located on M.C road. The room we got is for 900 and honestly it wasn't worth it. They didn't have a breakfast option and the room is decent for 2 days max. It was very nosy at night with yelling and shouting on our floor till 1am. Also the electricity kept going out a couple of times at night and also in the morning @6 am. Toilet was good, but our toilet seat was broken. Overall the place is decent for a an urgent few nights, but not worth the price

Walking distance from ksrtc bus stand. Room was good and the staff helpful. I did a walk-in at 5:45am and got decent room.

Not bad. But not that great. Just ok. 600 meters walk from KSRTC bus station Perumbavur.. Tiny entrance. Heard from the hotelier that they are facing an issue with OYO booking. So if you make an online booking, (even if with another app like makemytrip, goibibo, etc) make assure that your booking is confirmed. I booked with MMT and i didnt face an issue. I just conveyed the matter.

Very decent for the price for w last minute no option stay like you get what you paid for but i would suggest not to use the lift its a real life hazard we got stuck and a very scary situation regardless good stay though.

Ac room and all , but room interior design is not much good . It is a simple design i feels like . Lift service are provided . I had a good sleep and best bed and all .. bathroom is local but clean and neat . Underground parking is available also WiFi available

We've booked an AC bedroom, 1,500/- in the month of November.|On the exterior, it looks not a cool place with a dull receptionist. ||But, with the AC running perfectly and 24 hours hot water - I couldn't ask for much for what's paid.||Add to it, having SaravanaBhavan hotel and two other good ones around, definitely an OK choice. Also, having seen some families check in too, I started to believe this is a good bet. ||Just expect a room to stay, that's all. Nothing too fancy.

Good , for the money you pay you get good rooms , room had tv but it was not working when asked the front desk guy said all the tv is like that only there's complaint , fault etc . Except that room was comfortable for two people
